How to prepare:



To begin, pour the meat into a suitable bowl.
Beef is usually used in the preparation of burgers because it has less fat and less cooking time.
So you can use the desired meat according to your taste.

Cut half of the onion into rings and fry with a little olive oil
Grate the other half of the onion and take the extra water and add it to the meat.
And then add salt and spices.
Add the amount and type of spices according to your taste.
Mix all ingredients well

After the onion rings are slightly fried, separate them from the meat about the size of a small orange and shape them into a circle by hand.

To make burgers the size of a person, cut the meat to about the size of an orange.

Turn down the heat so that the burgers do not fry quickly and the kernels are fully cooked.

When one side of the burger is fried, turn it so that the other side is fried in the same way.
During frying, due to the presence of fat, some of this fat may melt and the meat may dehydrate, this amount of water will be reabsorbed during the cooking and frying process.
7-8 minutes before the burger is finished, place the sliced ​​cheeses on the burgers so that the cheeses melt on the meat.

When the cheeses are sticky to the meat, our cheeseburgers are ready.

Now, to serve the breads, divide them into two halves and dip them in some ketchup or white sauce, then put a layer of lettuce and then put it on it.
Then we put the cheeseburger and the last layer of tomatoes.
