Alright all friends. Today I visited one of the districts in Aceh Besar. And I went to visit a bakery that was going viral. His name is "Bread Jam Samahani". Actually it's not just viral. This bakery is quite famous from 2017 until now. This bakery is always busy with endless visitors. People who come from various regions.
As for the taste of this bread, I have no doubts about it, it tastes really good, besides being sweet, it also has its own characteristics, even though we make it at home, it still tastes different. It's probably a recipe thing. The most unique thing besides that is the naming of this bread. Somehow I also don't know too well, but the name of this bread is the name of a region (samahani). This samahani jam bread is also located in the area itself.
I think this bread is famous not only for its excellent taste. But it is also famous for the name of this area. People will no longer doubt if we say jam bread is as simple as it is.
