Today I woke up with a special craving, I wanted to eat fried fish with rice and salad. So early in the morning I went out to buy the ingredients, luckily it is a menu that does not require a big budget and I will share with you below the preparation.

Hoy me levante con un antojo especial, quería comer pescado frito con arroz y ensalada. Así que temprano salir a comprar los ingredientes, por suerte es un menú que no amerita un gran presupuesto y les compartiré a continuación la preparación.

• Fish of your preference, I bought a river fish called caribbean, the amount will depend on us.
• 2 cups of rice.
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 cucumber

• Pescado de su preferencia, yo compre uno de rio llamado caribe, la cantidad dependerá de nosotros.
• 2 tazas de arroz.
• 2 tomates
• 1 cebolla
• 1 pepino
• Lechuga.

• Initially we remove the scales from the fish and clean it very well.

Inicialmente quitamos las escamas del pescado y limpiamos muy bien.

• Then we marinate to taste and when the oil is hot we add the fish, this does not take long and we can make the white rice. With the fish we only have to be attentive to turn it over when it is ready on one side.

Luego adobamos al gusto y cuando el aceite este caliente agregamos el pescado, esto no tarda mucho y podemos ir haciendo el arroz blanco. Con el pescado solo debemos estar atentos de darle vuelta cuando esté listo por un lado.

• Simultaneously we wash the salad ingredients well and proceed to cut them.

Simultáneamente lavamos bien los ingredientes de la ensalada y procedemos a cortarlos.

• Once the salad, fish and rice are ready, we proceed to serve and ¡Buen provecho amigos!

Estando lista la ensalada, el pescado y el arroz procedemos a servir y ¡Buen provecho amigos!
