I make myself a smoothie for breakfast every day. An easy simple and healthy way to start the day.
Ingredients:
- Banana
- Ginger
- Goji Berries
- Dates
- Cranberries
- Cashews
- Almonds
- vegetable milk
Put it in the blender and enjoy.

Todos os dias faço um batido para o pequeno-almoço. Uma forma fácil, simples e saudável de começar o dia.
