Greetings HIVE BLOG community, it is a pleasure for me to share with you through this platform, I hope you are well, my name is Lorena Graterol Martinez, I am 37 years old, I am the seventh of eight siblings. I was born in Venezuela, Valencian by birth and heart, the city where I currently live. I have a degree in Education, mention in Social Sciences, I graduated in 2004, I also studied law (2012), both at the University of Carabobo, I have a master's degree in Educational Management from the Universidad Pedagógica El Libertador (Upel) and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in business administration at the Universidad Nacional Abierta (National Open University).

Saludos comunidad de HIVE BLOG, es un placer para mi compartir con ustedes a través de esta plataforma, espero que se encuentre bien, me llamo Lorena Graterol Martinez, tengo 37 años, soy la séptima de ocho hermanos. Nací en Venezuela, valenciana de nacimiento y de corazón, ciudad en la que vivo actualmente. Soy Licenciada en Educación mención Ciencias Sociales, egrese en 2004, también estudié derecho (2012), ambas en la Universidad de Carabobo, tengo una maestría en Gerencia Educativa por la Universidad Pedagógica El Libertador (Upel) y actualmente curso una maestría en administración de negocios en la Universidad Nacional Abierta.

In addition to that I like the topics of financial freedom, history, bio-neuroemotion, family constellations, inner child, law of attraction, linguism and others about personal development. It is important for us to reinvent ourselves despite the obstacles that may arise.
Adicionalmente a eso me gusta la temáticas de libertad financiera, historia, bioneuroemoción, constelaciones familiares, niño interior, ley de la atracción, lingüismo y otras acerca del desarrollo personal. Es importante para nosotros reinventarnos a pesar de los obstáculos que puedan surgir.

I live with my mom, I have a pet named "Coco", I am single and in my free time I dedicate my time to reading, I like movies, soccer, crafts, walking outdoors, learning baking, jewelry, speech and public speaking. My favorite place to visit is the beach, although from time to time I climb Cerro Casupo or San Joaquin here in Carabobo.

I believe that in life personal transformation processes are always important in addition to overcoming obstacles because from a fearful, sad or depressed state should open the way for us to be reborn and motivate us to do new things, improving our life habits, improving self-esteem, improving interpersonal relationships, earning more money are important to balance us as human beings.

Vivo con mi mamá, tengo una mascota se llama “Coco”, soy soltera y en mis tiempos libres me dedico a leer, me gusta el cine, el fútbol, hacer manualidades, caminar al aire libre, aprender repostería, bisutería, locución y oratoria. Mi sitio favorito de visitar es la playa, aunque de vez en cuando subo el Cerro Casupo o el de San Joaquín aquí en Carabobo.

Considero que en la vida siempre son importantes los procesos de transformación personal además de superar los obstáculos porque desde un estado temeroso, triste o deprimido nos debe abrir el camino de renacer y motivarnos a hacer cosas nuevas, el mejoramiento de nuestros hábitos de vida, mejorar la autoestima, la mejora de relaciones interpersonales, ganar más dinero son importantes para equilibrarnos como seres humanos.

My childhood was spent from Valencia to Yaracuy, since my father was born in Cumaraguas, I give great value to the work of the field, at the top of the mountains you can see the whole city, it is one of the best experiences of life.

Mi niñez transcurrió de Valencia a Yaracuy, puesto que mi papá nació en las Cumaraguas, a las labores del campo le doy gran valor, en la cima de la montañas se puede contemplar toda la ciudad, es una de las mejores experiencia de la vida.

My work experience during all this time has been in public and private institutions, which led me to meet people of different characters that made me reflect on myself and the environment. Good and not so good experiences, dreams fulfilled and others broken, unexpected changes, calms and storms, welcomes and farewells, an accumulation of anecdotes that enrich you as a person.

But in spite of everything, to motivate you to do something different in life is to leave a positive mark, as well as to break the limits that lead us to rise above adversity, it is our responsibility to grow, if you don't do it, no one will do it for you. Previously I had false beliefs stored deep in my mind that were limiting but by learning about the power we have over ourselves I have improved step by step.
Trabajo desde los 18 años en labores docentes empecé a trabajar a los 15, mi experiencia laboral, durante todo este tiempo ha sido en instituciones públicas y privadas, que me llevó a conocer personas de diferentes caracteres que me hicieron reflexionar sobre mi misma y el entorno. Experiencias buenas y no tan buenas, sueños realizados y otros rotos, cambios inesperados, calmas y tormentas, bienvenidas y despedidas un cúmulo de anécdotas que te enriquecen como persona.

Pero a pesar de todo el motivarte a hacer algo distinto en la vida, es dejar una huella positiva, así como romper los límites que nos lleven a elevarnos por encima de la adversidad, es nuestra responsabilidad crecer, si no lo haces tù, no lo harà nadie por ti. Anteriormente tenía falsas creencias guardadas en lo profundo de mi mente que era limitantes pero aprendiendo acerca del poder que tenemos sobre sí mismo lo he mejorado paso a paso.

The last times have led me to reflect on life situations that we do not like so much, by beliefs of our unconscious and how to modify or change them for the better, then explore new areas, have new challenges, increases the confidence you can have about yourself. Learning in life is a never-ending cycle, because academic training has always been very important to me, but it must be complemented with other aspects, respect and values must also constitute our philosophy of life.

During this pandemic I have been exploring digital platforms, participated in forums chats about entrepreneurship, emotion control, education in crisis, education in digital platform, what is hive with @danielvehe, talking about this platform which has many benefits.

I think we should all get involved in financial education and alternative ways of acquiring income, this helps us to make better decisions, given the complexity of the new times and thus have a culture of time management in addition to contributing to the community of Hive quality content also learn from others.

Los últimos tiempos me han llevado a reflexionar situaciones de vida, que no nos gustan tanto, por creencias de nuestro inconsciente y cómo modificarlas o cambiarlas para bien, entonces explorar nuevas áreas, tener nuevos retos, incrementa la confianza que pueda tener sobre sí misma. Aprender en la vida, es un ciclo interminable, por cuanto la formación académica siempre ha sido muy importante para mi, pero debe ser complementada con otros aspectos, el respeto y los valores también deben constituir nuestra filosofía de vida.

Durante esta pandemia he estado explorando las plataformas digitales, participado en foros chats acerca de emprendimiento, control de emociones, educación en crisis, educación en plataforma digitales, què es hive con @danielvehe , hablando de esta plataforma la cual tiene muchos beneficios.

Creo que todos debemos involucrarnos en educación financiera y formas alternativas de adquirir ingresos, esto nos ayuda a tomar mejores decisiones, ante la complejidad de los nuevos tiempos y así tener una cultura de gestionar el tiempo además de aportar a la comunidad de Hive contenido de calidad también aprender de otros.

Ansiosa por empezar en esta plataforma aprender y aportar contenido de valor agradecimientos especial a Karla @kvfm quien me enseñó información importante acerca de hive y como monetizar criptos asimismo @rutablockchain, y @bluemist.
