Mint Chocolate Protein Yoghurt
I am big into fitness and health and love finding healthy snacks high in protein.
I found this yoghurt in the Alpha Mega supermarkets here in Cyprus. It's a Mint Chocolate Protein Yogurt packed with 18g of protein. Which is the equivalent amount of protein in one protein shake... So it's a really good serving of protein for a snack.
Furthermore, it was also delicious and the mint chocolate flavour went perfectly with the tiny chocolate chips.
This was a great find and it's nice as a post work out snack or just a snack when you are on the go or hungry. A much healthier alternative to ice cream or even fat-free frozen yoghurt for that matter.
I will definitely be getting more of these in the future.
