I hope you are very well, enjoying these days of sun and beach, really to enjoy my walks, I decided to make a quick, cheap meal without major complications, a delicious pasta salad with tuna and vegetables... it's a delicious option, I'm sure they will like them.

Espero se encuentren muy bien, disfrutando de estos días de sol y playa, realmente para disfrutar mis paseos, decidí hacer una comida rápida, económica y sin mayor complicaciones, una riquísima ensalada de pasta con atún y vegetales… es una opción deliciosa, estoy segura les gustarán.

You will need the ingredients:

Necesitarás los ingredientes:

• 1/2 kilo of thimble type pasta.
• 2 cans of tuna.
• Vegetables (tomatoes, paprika, green beans, onion, carrot, parsley, corn, broccoli and cauliflower).
• Ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
• Salt and pepper.

• 1/2 kilo de pasta tipo dedal.
• 2 latas de atún.
• Vegetales ( tomates, pimentón, vainitas verdes, cebolla, zanahoria,perejil, maíz, brócoli y coliflor).
• Ketchup, mayonesa y mostaza.
• Sal y pimienta.

Initially, we boil the broccoli, cauliflower and string beans, remove from the water and let stand.

Inicialmente, hervimos el brócoli, coliflor y vainitas, retiramos del agua y dejamos reposar.

Next, finely chop all the vegetables and place them in a large container.

Seguidamente, cortamos finamente todos los vegetales y los colocamos en un recipiente amplio.

Boil the pasta according to the time on the package and strain to remove the water, let cool.

Hervimos la pasta según el tiempo del empaque y colamos para retirar el agua, dejamos enfriar.

Then, pour the pasta into the vegetables and mix until incorporated.

Luego, vertemos la pasta en los vegetales y mezclamos hasta incorporar.

Open the cans of tuna and add to the pasta with the vegetables.

Abrimos las latas de atún y agregamos en la pasta con los vegetales.

Season with salt and pepper and add mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup, mix until the ingredients are integrated.

Condimentamos con sal y pimienta y añadimos mayonesa, mostaza y ketchup, mezclamos hasta integrar los ingredientes.

Finally, we serve a generous portion on a plate and enjoy all that magnificent and spectacular combination of flavors... it's a great dish!!! I hope you like them!!! They are loved!!!
