[ENG-ESP] Delicious bruschettas with tomato, pickles, tuna and cream cheese / Ricas brusquetas con tomate, pepinillos, atún y queso crema

To have a snack with my friends, I prepared some delicious bruschettas with tomato, pickles, tuna and cream cheese, it is a very tasty and spectacular snack to spend a fun afternoon having a snack.

Para merendar con mis amigos, preparé unas ricas brusquetas con tomate, pepinillos, atún y queso crema, es un snack muy sabroso, y espectacular para pasar una tarde divertida de merienda.

You will need the following ingredients:

Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:

• Bread to make the bruschettas.
• 1 can of tuna.
• Ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
• Tomato and pickles.
• Cream cheese.
• Salt and pepper.

• Pan para hacer las brusquetas.
• 1 lata de atún.
• Ketchup, mayonesa y mostaza.
• Tomate y pepinillos.
• Queso crema.
• Sal y pimienta.

First, we cut the bread into slabs to form the brusquettes. Then brown them in a pan, to toast.

Primero, cortamos el pan en lajas para formar las brusquetas. Luego las dóranos en un sartén , para tostar.

Next, we cut the tomato and place it on top of the toasted bread.

Seguidamente, cortamos el tomate y colocamos encima del pan tostado.

We add, the pickles.

Agregamos, los pepinillos.

We make the tuna paste incorporating with the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard, we season with salt and pepper.

Hacemos la pasta de atún incorporando con el ketchup, mayonesa y mostaza, condimentamos con sal y pimienta.

Spread the tuna on the brusqueta and finally add the cream cheese.

Untamos el atún en la brusqueta y por último vertimos el queso crema.

They are ready !!! They are super tasty…. It is time to try them and enjoy them with your friends.

Están listas!!! Son súper sabrosas…. Es momento de probarlas y disfrutarlas con tus amigos.
