ESPAÑOL:
Queríamos hacer algo divertido y barato, originalmente íbamos al bowling, pero cuando llegamos vimos que estaba un poco más costoso de lo esperado y además el espacio no era muy lindo. Nos salimos de ahí buscando otro plan y conseguimos un pequeño espacio para jugar juegos de máquina.
Mi sobrina estaba feliz, que es todo lo que me importa. A veces siento que hay cosas para las que ella podría sentirse que es muy grande, pero me alegra que aún sabe divertirse con este tipo de cosas.
La tarjeta de Bob Esponja fue un plus.
Este juego es uno de mis favoritos y de hecho, aunque le tomé la foto, fui yo quien lanzó la pelota la mitad de las veces.
Y como no pudimos ir al bowling, apenas vi esta máquina les dije para jugar, pero parece que el destino no quería que jugáramos bowling en lo absoluto porque luego de haber pagado, apareció un mensaje en la pantalla que decía que no habá bolas y que llamáramos al operador. Nos reintegraron el dinero.
The Walking Dead... debo ser una de las 100 personas que nunca vieron esa serie en todo el mundo.
Lo que más le gustó a mi sobrina, que es futbolista, es este juego de fútbol. No fotografié esta parte, pero debajo de la palanca hay una pelota de fútbol, la cual se debe patear para poder hacer gol, ella por supuesto metió todos los goles e hizo ganas a su equipo: Brasil. Ella es la fan número 1 de Neymar, por eso eligió Brasil. Messi es su segundo favorito.
En fin, jugamos muchas cosas. Reconectamos con el niño interior que aún mantenemos vivos y sobretodo la pasamos muy bien.
Cuando era chico, siempre iba con mis hermanas y amigos a uno de estos lugares, pero en Venezuela. Ahí había máquinas de todo tipo y lo que más disfrutaba, por tonto que sea, era utiliza la rocola para colocar las canciones que más me gustaban, eso significa que soy bastante viejo porque eso ya no existe. En cuanto a juegos, siempre jugaba Token y Mario Kart.
Y... ¿cuál es o era tu máquina favorita?

We wanted to do something fun and inexpensive. Originally, we were going to go bowling, but when we got there, we saw that it was a bit more expensive than expected, and the place wasn’t very nice either. So, we left and looked for another plan, eventually finding a small arcade with machine games.
My niece was happy, and that’s all that matters. Sometimes I feel like there are things she might think she’s too old for, but I’m glad she still knows how to have fun with these kinds of activities.
The SpongeBob card was a bonus.
This game is one of my favorites, and honestly, even though I took the picture, I ended up throwing the ball half of the time.
And since we couldn’t go bowling, as soon as I saw this machine, I suggested we play. But it seems like fate didn’t want us to bowl at all because after paying, a message popped up saying there were no balls and we had to call the operator. We got our money back.

What my niece loved the most, as a soccer player, was this soccer game. I didn’t photograph this part, but under the lever, there’s a soccer ball that you have to kick to score a goal. She, of course, scored every goal and made her team win: Brazil. She’s Neymar’s number one fan, which is why she picked Brazil. Messi is her second favorite.
In the end, we played a lot of games. We reconnected with the inner child we still keep alive, and most importantly, we had a great time.
When I was a kid, I used to go to one of these places in Venezuela with my sisters and friends. There were all kinds of machines, but what I enjoyed the most, silly as it may sound, was using the jukebox to play my favorite songs. That means I’m pretty old because those don’t even exist anymore. As for games, I always played Token and Mario Kart.
