Hola amigos de HIVE, el día de hoy quiero compartirles un poco sobre mi cambio físico, ya después de 1 año realizándolo con mucha constancia y disciplina.
Hello friends of HIVE, today I want to share a little about my physical change, already after 1 year doing it with great perseverance and discipline.
Mi travesía por el mundo de las pesas y la calistenia fue a inicios de enero del 2020 por motivación de un amigo.
My start to weights and calisthenics was in early January 2020 due to the motivation of a friend.

En las primeras semanas algo que frecuentaba en mi era el desanimo, el constante pensamiento de que iba a ser perdida de tiempo y que no lo lograría obtener cambios, pero nunca me di por vencido y continué.
In the first weeks something that haunted me was discouragement, the constant thought that I was going to be wasting time and that I would not be able to get changes, but I never gave up and continued.
Al cumplí mi 1er mes realizando ejercicio los cambios empezaba a salir a flote y aunque no fuera mucho para mi significaba un gran paso, cada vez me sentía mas motivado a seguir pero nunca faltaba el día en que regresaran los pensamiento de que no lo lograría.
When I completed my 1st month exercising, the changes began to emerge and although it was not much for me it meant a big step, every time I felt more motivated to continue but there was never missing the day when the thoughts that I would not succeed would return.
el 2do mes los cambio empezaban a ser mas notable. y se hacia vigente las ganas de seguir progresando, sabia el camino no iba a ser fácil y que iba a haber días en los que no iba tener ganas de seguir, pero lo quería lograr.
the 2nd month the changes began to be more noticeable. And the desire to continue progressing increased, I knew that the road was not going to be easy and that there were going to be days when I did not feel like continuing, but I wanted to achieve it.
Aunque aun me queda un largo camino por recorrer, rendirme para mi nunca fue una opción, y lo que he logrado me hace sentir en cierto punto orgulloso de mi, al saber que no me rendí en ningún momento a pesar de que fuera constante el pensamiento de no lo lograría o que me tomaría mucho tiempo.
Although I still have a long way to go, giving up was never an option for me, and what I have achieved makes me feel at a certain point proud of myself, knowing that I did not give up at any time despite the constant thought of I would not succeed or that it would take a long time.
Y esto aporto muchas cosas positivas a mi vida, ayudo bastante en mi autoestima y me dio seguridad, obtuve conocimiento en biomecanica, aprendí mucha información, entre muchas otras cosas.
And this brought many positive things to my life, it helped a lot in my self-esteem and gave me security, I gained knowledge in biomechanics, I learned a lot of information, among many other things.

Se que esto es solo el principio, realmente ha despertado una pasión y esto es una parte de lo que pronto sera un largo trayecto y perdurara en mi vida.
I know this is just the beginning, it has really sparked a passion and this is a part of what will soon be a long and lasting journey in my life.
