Hola Amigos de Hive muuuy Buenas Tardes, Feliz Inicio de Mes de Abril y Feliz Viernes, hoy quiero dejarles esta receta de Cupcakes muy fácil de hacer, para su familia, primitos, sobrinos, reunion familiar o lo que deseen hacer, prueben hacerla este fin de semana y me cuentan como les va, Los Quiero MI Colmenaa❤✿
Ingredientes
A continuación detallamos los ingredientes para realizar la masa para unos 36 cupcakes de tamaño medio (más o menos).
✔300g de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente
✔500g de azúcar
✔5 huevos
✔500g de harina de trigo
✔1 cucharadita y media de polvo para hornear
✔Leche (a tu gusto que veas la mezcla cremosa)
✔Zumo de un limón y Ralladura de limón a tu gusto
Preparación
Esta receta podrás ver que es muy sencilla y tendrás tu plato listo en poco tiempo.
Lo primero que hay que hacer es precalentar el horno a unos 180ºC. A continuación, tamizar la harina junto con el polvo de hornear. Realizar mezcla de la leche con el limón y la ralladura y la reservamos para emplear más tarde.
Ahora, coge un bowl, bate el azúcar con la mantequilla hasta que esté cremoso y totalmente integrado, le puedes colocar vainilla una cucharadita si deseas, totalmente opcional. Añade los huevos uno a uno.
Añade la mezcla de harina, bate y luego añade la leche. Reparte la mezcla en las cápsulas de los moldes en mi caso compro capacillos numero 11, rellena hasta la mitad. Hornea alrededor de 30 minutos, con la rejilla centrada y el horno encendido arriba y abajo, sin el ventilador. Comprueba que al hundir un palillo, este sale limpio. Y por último, deja enfriar antes de ponerte a decorar cada cupcake.

✔1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
✔Milk (to your liking that you see the creamy mixture)
✔ Lemon juice and lemon zest to your liking
Preparation
You will see that this recipe is very simple and you will have your dish ready in no time.
The first thing to do is preheat the oven to about 180ºC. Then sift the flour together with the baking powder. Mix the milk with the lemon and the zest and reserve it to use later.
Now, take a bowl, beat the sugar with the butter until it is creamy and fully integrated, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla if you wish, totally optional. Add the eggs one by one.
Add the flour mixture, whisk and then add the milk. Distribute the mixture in the capsules of the molds in my case I buy cups number 11, fill up to half. Bake for about 30 minutes, with the rack centered and the oven on top and bottom, without the fan. Check that when you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean. And finally, let cool before you start decorating each cupcake.
