Mi jornada de hoy se la dedico a uno de mis dulces favoritos, la tradicional Polvorosa.

My day today is dedicated to one of my favorite sweets, the traditional Polvorosa.
Sin más preámbulos les dejo la receta con su proceso de elaboración.
For those who do not know it, it is a delicious cookie that melts in your mouth, made with 3 basic ingredients plus 2 indispensable ingredients (love and passion)
Without further ado, I leave you with the recipe and its elaboration process.
✍Ingredientes:
**250 gr de harina de trigo todo uso.
**125 gr de manteca vegetal.
**125 gr de azúcar.
**Pizca de sal.
**Canela al gusto.

**250 g all-purpose wheat flour
**125 g of vegetable shortening
**125 g of sugar
**Pinch of salt
**Cinnamon to taste

The first thing we must have is the mise en plase, which in gastronomy defines the order of the ingredients and implements to be used to make a certain recipe.

Add the pinch of salt, the Cinnamon and the sugar and continue beating for 2 more minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is achieved

We remove the mixer and proceed to incorporate the flour properly sifted, we incorporate with a palette until we get a sandy mixture but when kneading is compacted.

We make the little balls with the dough and give them the shape of an arepa (you can also place the dough on a counter, stretch it with a rolling pin and make the shapes with cookie cutters), place them on the tray and take them to the oven at 180° previously reheated, bake them for approximately 15 minutes or until they start to brown underneath.

This is the delicious result of my dusty ones, I decorate them with this flower and place in the center a little rain of colors, this makes them more attractive to the eye, but I guarantee that if you dare to make them they will not regret it.
