y nota a nota pude escribir
en mi pentagrama de sentyimientos
un DO, RE, MI.
pero salieron muchas notas disonantes
que recogen las angustias sostenidas
y los bemoles de tantos llantos
que terminan huyendo
entre la muchedumbre del hambre
y la miseria.
Busqué y escribí y la canté
y el coro de niños que cantaba
me hicieron brotar lágrimas
que no pude contener
y me puse a llorar con ellos
diciendo:
Algún día será distinto
y podremos reir juntos...
THE SONG I FOUND
Yesterday I looked for your song
among the voices of the people
and I saw in the eyes of so many children
those notes I was looking for
to make a song
about the life that shows us today
the apathy of the most powerful.
I found that song
and note by note I was able to write
in my pentagram of feelings
a DO, RE, MI.
but many dissonant notes came out
that collect the sustained anguish
and the flats of so many cries
that end up fleeing
among the hungry crowd
and misery.
I searched and wrote and sang it
and the children's choir that sang
they brought tears to my eyes
that I couldn't contain
and I started crying with them
saying:
Someday it will be different
and we can laugh together...
Your text is truly touching ! The translation of anguish and tears into a symphony of hope is admirable !
Best regards !
Thank you very much for that appreciation, dear friend.
