Today I got up the strength to go out and talk and I saw that some ppl had installed a food truck near my house and when I went to check it was a taco truck, so I went over to try them.

Hola, hoy estoy compartiendo un día normal, estoy dejando mis memorias en este blog, mi vida, mis experiencias, quizá en algunos años algún familiar las encuentre y me recuerde, o quiera vivir lo que yo viví.

Hoy reuní fuerzas para salir a conversar y vi que cerca de mi casa instalaron un carrito de alimentos y cuando voy a verificar era un carrito de tacos, así que me acerqué para probarlos.

As every food truck is a small space, it has two tables and there were people already waiting in the back for their food to be delivered, I thought the decoration with the lights was very nice, it draws attention, which is very suitable to be identified by passers-by, in addition to the fact that they only work at night.

Como todo carrito de comida es un espacio pequeño, tiene dos mesitas y había gente ya esperando por la parte de atrás a que les entregaran su comida, me pareció muy linda la decoración con las luces, llama la atención, lo cual es muy adecuado para que lo identifiquen los transeúntes, además de que solo trabajan de noche.

I began to look at their menu to see what they offered and it seems very good to me that they have a short menu, by this I mean that they are in a small truck, and it is good because you can control the food, the time and the attention to public, the prices were really accessible, I live eating in restaurants very often, it's strange when I cook lately and I plan to do it more now but what I want to get to is the relationship with the price, it's a little below from the taco restaurants .

Me puse a observar su menú para ver lo que ofrecían y me parece muy bien que tenga una carta corta, con esto me refiero a que ellos están en un camión pequeño, y está bien porque puedes controlar los alimentos, el tiempo y la atención al público, los precios eran realmente accesibles, yo vivo comiendo en restaurantes muy seguido, es extraño cuando cocino últimamente y planeo hacerlo más ahora en adelante pero a dónde quiero llegar es la relación con el precio, está un poco por debajo de los restaurantes de tacos.

While I was waiting for my food because there were a number of people in front of me, I decided to take some pictures of my cousin's dog, he's a baby, he's still 3 months old, and look at his cute little face, he's a very playful puppy and also a little lazy, he gets tired very quickly and falls asleep like a child, if you hold him in your arms for a while, he falls asleep and snores, omg, hahaha.

Mientras esperaba por mi comida porque había una cantidad de personas delante de mi, me dispuse a tomarle unas fotos al perro de mi prima, es un bebé todavía tiene 3 meses, y miren su tierna carita, es un cachorro muy juguetón y también un poco flojo, se cansa muy rápido y se duerme como un niño, si tú lo sostienes en tus brazos por un rato, se duerme y ronca, omg, hahaha.

The food, I'll tell you how it was. I ordered some mixed tacos, each one had a different flavor.

La comida, les cuento cómo estuvo. Pedí unos tacos mixtos, era cada uno de un sabor diferente.

The tortilla was wheat, the real tacos use corn, and the filling is a little softer for me, little criticism because this is always to taste and varies a lot, the meat one had very good seasoning, it had pico de gallo, guacamole and a little chili, I ate them spicy but the spicy was light, the chicken one did not surprise me because it felt a bit dry and did not have a characteristic flavor, it was made with the chicken breast part, it is understandable flavor and dryness, and the other was pork, it seems to me that I did not feel the flavor very marked.

To my taste, it lacks more protein to be comfortable in each bite, hahaha, the food is for something really fast, it is not authentic Mexican food or at least the tacos like the truck says, I think that is why it was really my little criticism but for the price I feel that could be considered "normal" because I can't say that it was bad, besides I spent a different night, I walked a little, talked and ate.

La tortilla era de trigo, los verdaderos tacos usan de maíz, ya el relleno si soy un poco más suave para mí pequeña crítica porque esto siempre es al gusto y varía mucho, el de carne estaba muy bueno la sazón, tenía pico de gallo, guacamole y un poco de ají, yo los comí con picante pero estaba ligero el picante, el de pollo no me sorprendió porque se sentía un poco seco y no tenía un sabor característico, fue hecho con la parte del pecho del pollo, es comprensible el sabor y lo seco, y el otro era de cerdo me parece no sentí muy marcado el sabor.

A mi gusto le falta más proteína para estar a gusto en cada mordisco, hahaha, la comida es para algo realmente rápido, no es auténtica comida mexicana o al menos los tacos, creo que por eso realmente fue mi pequeña crítica pero por el precio siento que podría considerarse como "normal" porque no puedo decir que estuvo malo, además pasé una noche diferente, caminé un poco, conversé y comí.
