Paso 1: ponemos a sancochar los tomates en una olla con suficiente agua, Cortamos el tomate, cebolla, Cebollín, ají dulce y pimentón en cuadros o en juliana, condimentado con un poquito de sal, aceite, oregano, onoto y hojitas de laurel , para después colocarlos en la cocina para que se empiecen a cocinar.

Paso 2: después de que los tomates estén bien sancochados los llevamos a la licuadora para licuarlos muy bien y así agregarlos a nuestra mezcla, rectificamos los sabores, por último agregamos una cucharadita de azúcar para cortar un poco la acidez del tomate y dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos más, luego apagamos la cocina y dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente, cuando esté frío se licua muy bien para después envasar y llevarlos a la nevera, de esta forma ya estará lista nuestra salsa boloñesa para agregarlas a sus recetas favoritas.
