Well, the ingredients for making almond cookies are certainly very cheap and you can find them in the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are triangular plastic, egg yolks, powdered sugar, margarine, almonds, liquid chocolate and wheat flour. after you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step of making almond cookies.
the first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 150 grams of margarine and 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar. after that, stir until well blended using a whisk only.
the second step, after the powdered sugar and margarine have been mixed well, now all you have to do is put 70 grams of white gradually while you stir continuously until the egg whites are done.
the third step, after the egg whites have been mixed well, then what you have to do is 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder or if you want a grean tea taste, you can use grean tea powder. Next, stir until it changes color using a whisk.
the fourth step, after you have stirred the cocoa powder, then put 85 grams of flour into the dough and stir again until the flour is evenly mixed using a whisk only.
the fifth step, after the flour has been stirred until well mixed, the next thing you have to do is prepare a plastic triangle and put all the dough into the plastic triangle. After that, compact the plastic triangle so that the dough is easy to come out.
the sixth step, after the dough has been put into a triangular plastic and compacted, the next thing you have to do is prepare a baking sheet and put the parchment paper. Next, press the plastic triangle and shape it like the photo above first.
seventh step, after you have made as in the previous photo, then flatten the dough using a spoon with a thin and not too thick. after that, put the almonds on top of the dough according to your wishes. repeat until everything is done.
the last step, all you have to do at the end of the process is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for only 10 minutes. after the oven is really hot, then put the baking sheet into the oven and bake at a temperature of 120 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and finally, you can take the crispy almonds out of the oven and serve them to your friends and family. The taste is really very good and like I said these almonds are really very crunchy. if you really like this crunchy almond, you can save this recipe for later.
