All the recipes that I share can be selling ideas or food ideas for your family at home. Well, today I will make a chocolate muffin snack, who among you likes chocolate? This snack is perfect for you chocolate lovers. How to make chocolate muffins is very easy and does not take long. Curious how to make this chocolate muffin? Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make chocolate muffins are to prepare chocolate bars, UHT milk or sweetened condensed milk, flour, cocoa powder, margarine, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips, vanilla powder, 2 eggs and the like. Finally, the cupcake molds. After you have prepared everything, now let's go to the first stage.
The first stage, what you have to do in the seal is, melt the chocolate first. Prepare a frying pan and pour enough water into the pan, then prepare another place to put half a glass of milk, 2 tablespoons of margarine and 125 grams of chocolate. Then melt the chocolate over medium heat until everything is completely melted and evenly mixed.
The second stage, after you have melted the chocolate, now prepare a place and put 2 eggs into the place, then put 5 teaspoons of sugar and vanilla powder. Then stir the dough until the sugar is completely dissolved using a mixer or wixer.
The third stage, when the sugar has dissolved together with the egg mixture, then pour the chocolate that you melted in the first stage. Then stir the mixture again until the chocolate is completely mixed evenly.
The fourth stage, after the chocolate has been stirred and mixed evenly with the egg mixture, now prepare a sieve and sift the flour with medium protein as much as 200 grams or the equivalent of 14 tablespoons. Then sift the flour until it runs out and is not left.
The fifth stage, after you have sifted all the flour until there is no remaining, now sift 1 and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder into the dough, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and the last half teaspoon of baking powder. Then strain all the ingredients I mentioned above until nothing remains.
The sixth stage, after everything has been filtered into the dough, now add the chochips as you wish, don't pour all the chochips, because you have to save for the final topping of the muffin. Then stir until the chochips are evenly coated with the batter.
The seventh stage, after the milk chocochips are mixed with the dough, now prepare the cup cake mold according to your wishes, I used 7 cupcakes for my dough later.
The eighth stage, after you have prepared all the cupcake molds, now slowly pour the dough that you have prepared, don't put the dough too full into the cupcake, because the dough will expand after being steamed or put into the oven.
The ninth stage, after you have poured the batter into the cupcakes, now prepare the steamer and place all the cupcakes that have been filled with muffin batter. Steam all the muffin batter for 5 minutes using medium heat, don't forget to cover the steamer.
The tenth stage, after the muffin dough has been steamed for 5 minutes, open the cover of the steamer and place the topping according to your wishes. After you have put all the toppings in all the cupcake batter, now steam the muffin batter for 15 minutes and cover the steamer. How to find out if the muffins are cooked or not, you can use a stick and stab the inside of the dough, if the dough doesn't stick to the stick, then the muffins are cooked and can be removed.
Well, finally the chocolate muffins are finished and can be enjoyed with your friends or family. Well, you can also add other toppings such as cashews, cheese and peanuts. It tastes very good and the muffin is very soft, when you bite it, the chocolate taste is very legit and thick in the mouth. I highly recommend for you to make this chocolate muffin on the weekend.
