How to Make Banana Fried Bread With Mixed Toppings

Well, the ingredients and spices that you have to prepare to make banana fried bread are not so expensive and also easy for you to find around the house. The first thing you have to prepare is bananas, margarine, eggs, yeast, mineral water, medium protein flour, milk powder, sugar, salt and also toppings according to your wishes. After you have prepared all the ingredients and spices, now let's start the first step of making banana fried bread.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare 1 place and put 100 ml of mineral water, then put 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar and half a tablespoon of yeast. After that, stir until the sugar is dissolved and well mixed.

The second step, after you have kneaded the dough until the sugar is dissolved, the next thing you have to do is add 250 grams of flour or the equivalent of 18 tablespoons and 1 tablespoon of powdered milk. Then knead the dough using it until well blended. If the dough still feels mushy, you can add a few tablespoons of flour so that the dough doesn't become soggy.

The third step, after you have kneaded the dough until well blended, now add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt into the dough. Then knead the dough again until the margarine is well blended and khalis.

The fourth step, after you have kneaded until the margarine is well mixed and khalis,Now all you have to do is let it rest and cover the dough using a cloth for about 15 or 20 minutes so that the dough doubles in size.

The fifth step, after you have let the dough rest for about 20 minutes, now transfer the dough to the parchment paper that you have smeared with cooking oil so it doesn't stick.

The sixth step, after you've moved the dough onto the parchment paper that has been smeared with cooking oil, now cut the dough into 10 parts like the photo above. Then shape the dough into a round, after that cover the dough again with a cloth and let stand for about 15 minutes.

The seventh step, while the dough is left for about 15 minutes, now all you have to do is, prepare some bananas according to your wishes, you can use any type of banana that is in your house. Then cut it into several parts like the photo above or you can use 1 banana and don't need to cut it.

The eighth step, after you have cut the banana into several parts, now we will return to the previous dough that has been let stand for 15 minutes. Now all you have to do is prepare a plate and sprinkle flour on the plate so that the dough doesn't stick, then take a little dough and flatten it like the photo above.

The ninth step, after you have flattened the dough, now put the banana pieces that you prepared earlier on top of the dough that has been flattened. Repeat this step until finished.

The tenth step, after you have put the banana pieces on top of the dough, now cover the dough that you have filled with banana pieces tightly. Repeat this step until all the dough is filled with banana pieces.

The eleventh step, after you have filled all the dough with banana pieces, now move all the dough that has been filled with bananas to another place, don't forget to sprinkle flour in that place so that the dough doesn't stick. Then cover and let stand for about 15 minutes so that the dough rises a little.

The last step, after the dough has been allowed to stand for about 15 minutes, now fry all the dough using medium heat until all the dough is brown.

And finally, after you have fried all the dough, the banana fried bread can be enjoyed together with your friends or family. Now add some toppings such as chocolate and some other toppings according to your wishes to make it more delicious.
