En mi familia siempre ha sido tradición celebrar cada década de vida. Y a pesar de la cuarentena que hoy vivimos por el covid-19. No dejamos pasar por debajo de la mesa el Cumpleaños número 50 de mi tio.

It has always been a tradition in my family to celebrate every decade of life. And despite the quarantine we are living today by COVID-19. We didn't let go under the table on my uncle's 50 birthday.
En casa junto a mi abuela, nos dedicamos a hacer una torta como la que él deseaba para su cumpleaños.
At home with my grandmother, we made a cake like the one he wanted for his birthday.
Al final fueron dos tortas, y aunque dudaba que celebraría 50 años de vida, la pasó excelente en una reunión muy amena en tiempos de COVID-19 donde la cuarentena ha sido radical y comprar los materiales para la celebración fue bastante difícil.
In the end there were two cakes, and although he was doubtful that he would celebrate 50 years of life, he had an excellent time at a very enjoyable meeting in COVID-19 times where quarantine has been radical and buying the materials for the celebration was quite difficult.
