Hace unas semanas yo venía pensando realizar un post con este contenido y aproveche la oportunidad de que mi amiga @gabyr02 me invito hacer esta iniciativa (link de la iniciativa) de @Mayvil para redactarlo y así poder contarles lo que son un poco mis metas logradas y las que quiero lograr.

En un inicio este post estaba pensado para contarles parte de mis metas logradas a lo largo de mi vida; tampoco como que me gradué de preescolar, no,😂 jajaja, pero si ya de grande; como por ejemplo la primera vez que pude dar una conferencia a un público abierto. Pero esta iniciativa va mas dirigida a los logros de mi año pasado y las metas que tengo planteadas para este 2022.

At first this post was intended to tell you part of my goals achieved throughout my life; not like I graduated from preschool, no,😂 hahaha, but as a grown up; such as the first time I could give a lecture to an open public. But this initiative is more directed to the achievements of my last year and the goals I have set for this 2022.

Hace un par de años yo conocí lo que muchas personas llaman el “mapa de los sueños”, es una lista donde enumeras todas las metas que tienes planteadas cumplir a corto, mediano o largo plazo. Normalmente se realiza a principios de año, para plasmar las metas que quieres cumplir ese año, en muchos casos lo realizan en un cartel donde le agregas fotos o imágenes referenciales y puedes visualizas lo que quieres lograr.

Pero luego de que las cosas se fueron calmando un poco, decidí buscar un empleo, que para mí era la manera más inmediata de generar dinero; pero por la situación pandemia esto se había vuelto muy difícil y el único que conseguí tenía un salario que no cumplía mis expectativas para todo lo que exigían. Además pocas semanas después nos llego la noticia de la enfermedad de mi mamá, lo que me exigía más tiempo en casa, para poder acompañarla y cuidar de ella.

Inicie por dar clases de tarea dirigida a niños de escuela, medio tiempo. Esto me fue excelente, porque cumplió todas mis expectativas, trabajaba medio día, tenía tiempo para cuidar a mi mama y generaba el ingreso (el mismo que me ofrecía el otro trabajo, pero por menos tiempo y esfuerzo) que a su vez me ayudaría a cumplir mis otras metas, que eran ahorrar para un teléfono nuevo (el mío estaba muriendo), comprar ropa y zapatos, todas logradas gracias a Dios.

I started by giving homework classes for school children, part time. This was excellent for me, because it fulfilled all my expectations, I worked part time, I had time to take care of my mother and I generated the income (the same that the other job offered me, but for less time and effort) which in turn would help me meet my other goals, which were to save for a new phone (mine was dying), buy clothes and shoes, all achieved thanks to God.

Luego conocí Hive, una maravillosa comunidad que me permite hacer algo que me gusta y a su vez capitalizar por ello, aquí espero seguir creciendo y día a día mejorar mi contenido y presencia en ella.

Then I met Hive, a wonderful community that allows me to do something I like and in turn capitalize on it, here I hope to continue to grow and day by day improve my content and presence in it.

Completar el tratamiento de mi mamá

Como ya les mencioné, mi mamá fue diagnosticada con cáncer a inicios del año pasado, por lo que enseguida una de mis mayores aspiraciones era que ella se pudiese realizar todo su tratamiento, para que estuviese bien al igual que nosotros, cosa que junto con el esfuerzo de mis hermanos, logramos hacer. Ya ella cumplió todos sus ciclos de quimioterapia, la operaron y extrajeron el tumor, al igual que se pudo realizar todos los estudios pertinentes.

As I already mentioned, my mom was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of last year, so right away one of my greatest aspirations was that she could undergo all her treatment, so that she would be well, just like us, which together with the effort of my siblings, we were able to do. She has already completed all her chemotherapy cycles, she had surgery and the tumor was removed, as well as all the pertinent studies.

Ahora bien, yo antes de esto, no tenía mis metas plasmadas en ningún mapa ni papel, pero si tenía algunas fijas en mi mente como volver a tener internet en casa, comprar un aro de luz para mejorar la calidad de mi contenido y retomar mis estudios.

A principios de año se me presento la oportunidad de ver un curso de inglés, el cual aun estoy realizando, ya pase el nivel 1 y seguimos aprendiendo, la meta es tener un mejor dominio del idioma para finales de año.

At the beginning of the year I had the opportunity to take an English course, which I am still taking, I have already passed level 1 and we are still learning, the goal is to have a better command of the language by the end of the year.

Ya habiendo superado en gran parte lo de mi mamá, ya tengo un poco más de tiempo para mis actividades, por lo que retome mis estudios universitarios, espero para final de año culminar la carrera.

Now that I have gotten over my mother's death, I have a little more time for my activities, so I have resumed my university studies and hope to finish my degree by the end of the year.

Gracias a Hive e logrado cumplir otras metas como comprar mi aro de luz, colocar internet wi-fi en mi casa y espero antes de finalizar el año poder cumplir unas otras como poder viajar a la isla de Margarita (Venezuela), hacer un curso de redes sociales, reunir para comprarme una laptop y uno de los más importantes de este año, vencer el cáncer de mi mamá.

Thanks to Hive I have achieved other goals such as buying my light ring, putting wi-fi internet in my house and I hope before the end of the year to accomplish some others such as traveling to Margarita Island (Venezuela), taking a course on social networks, raising enough money to buy a laptop and one of the most important this year, beating my mother's cancer.

Ya ella ha ganado gran parte de la batalla y se encuentra a la espera de recibir quimioterapia para de una vez por todas oficialmente haberle ganado la batalla al cáncer.

She has already won most of the battle and is awaiting chemotherapy so that once and for all she has officially won the battle against cancer.

Quiero felicitar a @Mayvil por esta iniciativa ya que son buenas porque nos ayudan a ver lo que somos capaces de lograr y nos invitan a plantearnos metas para saber a dónde queremos llegar y que queremos lograr. A su vez inspiran a otras personas, a través de tu experiencia, que si tú lo lograste, ellos también querer cumplir sus propias metas.

I want to congratulate @Mayvil for this initiative because they are good because they help us to see what we are capable of achieving and invite us to set goals to know where we want to go and what we want to achieve. In turn they inspire other people, through your experience, that if you achieved it, they also want to achieve their own goals.
