Fragile Things (Freewrite Challenge)

I have been checking a shopping app while waiting for my order, which is quite taking too long. I often check the reviews, and I noticed some orders are broken. It might be those people from the logistics are not taking care of those fragile things even marked with "fragile".

About a year ago, a shipping company was in a bad light after a video went viral which the employees are throwing the goods without care. Wondering if they're still reading those boxes with "Fragile" mark, or they received proper orientation before getting hired.

Some broken goods may not be intentional, and at times, it happens. However, it can be minimized with proper handling. There are experiences when the parcel is being looked forward but it eventually frustrated the customer because of the broken product.

Regarding the viral video of the shipping company, the criticisms and bashing is quite extreme. However, they remained operational, and in fact, the company has the faster delivery among those companies which partnered with online shopping companies.
