I'm back with another yummy post, if you don't mind fatty food. At least this locally made hamburgers have some real flavor.

I love fast food, and this burgueria as they call it here has quite a reputation, so we decided to give it a try and see how good the hamburgers were. It is quite close to where I live.

I like the rustic look of the place. From the outside it looks more like a warehouse. The tin roofing surfaces are quite a simple and effective decoration. What it lacks in flashiness, it compensates in flavor.

The hamburgers are just fenomenal! The prices are quite accessible, which makes them doubly attractive.

I loved this wall. It's some sort of "so-and-so was here". People leave different messages, opinions about the restaurant, jokes about friends or company, etc.

You can order the meat of your burger depending on your taste: rare, medium, or well-done. I like it well-done, almost crunchy.
I also ordered some cebolitos, which are breaded onion rings with cheddar cheese and an original rib sauce call emolio.
They also have a wonderful thing called farinha de bacon, which is basically grinded fried bacon. All that goes inside the burger. The taste is just amazing.

This was our waiting face. But it did not last too long.

We had a great time and food was really good. I totally recommend Caixa!
