Buenas noches apreciada comunidad espero que tengan bastante apetito para disfrutar de esta preparación, la noche de hoy nos trae un delicioso plato, informal, dinámico y muy bien aceptado por todos. Les hablo del sandwich, el que vamos a rellenar hoy tiene dos detalles básicos para su éxito que son: El agucate para dar suavidad y cremosidad, la carne molida la cual prepararemos a detalle con zanahoria y cebolla, dividiremos esta receta en dos partes

I am talking about the sandwich, the one we are going to fill today has two basic details for its success which are The agucate to give softness and creaminess, the ground meat which we will prepare in detail with carrot and onion, we will divide this recipe into two parts
Necesitaremos para nuestra carne molida // We will need for our ground meat
Carne molida 500g
Una zanahoria grande rallada
Cebolla grande picada en cubos
Salsa inglesa, solo tres cucharadas
Aceite
Ajo
Ground meat 500g
A large grated carrot
Large onion, diced
English sauce, only three tablespoons
Oil
Garlic
Procedimiento para la carne molida // Procedure for ground meat
A nuestra carne molida la salpimentamos y le agregamos el ajo pisado junto a la salsa inglesa, reservamos un momento, llevamos al fuego el aceite, zanahoria y cebolla, movemos un rato no mas de cinco minutos y agregamos nuestra carne
Movemos y movemos a cada rato nuestra carne se ira volviendo mas oscura, el punto que a mi me gusta es cuando esta completamente seca y la zanahoria y cebolla hayan soltado todo su sabor
To our ground meat we salt and pepper it and add the crushed garlic together with the English sauce, we reserve a moment, we take to the fire the oil, carrot and onion, we move a while not more than five minutes and we add our meat
Move and mix well until the meat darkens , the point I like is when it is completely dry and the carrot and onion have released all their flavor
Para llenar nuestro pan necesitaremos // To fill our bread we will need
Pan de tu preferencia
Lechuga
Tomate
Aguacate
Bread of your choice
Lettuce
Tomato
Avocado
Procedimiento final // Final procedure
El pan lo picamos por la mitad y le quitamos migas para hacerle espacio a nuestro relleno, en este espacio pisaremos el aguacate por ambos lados del pan con un tenedor luego procedemos a agregar el resto de los ingredientes, cerramos nuestro pan y a disfrutar!
Detalles de esta receta:
Notase que no di la cantidad exacta de relleno por que esta receta es muy versátil y augusto a la persona, en mi caso alcanza para diez comensales con la cantidad de carne ya dada
Toma en cuenta tener suficiente pan por que es muy rendidora esta carne, con respecto el aguacate para diez comensales deberías tener dos aguacates grandes
Recuerda que el aguacate es la base de nuestro sandwich lo que nos va a proporcionar cremosidad y que los demás ingredientes de adhieran al pan
La lechuga y el tomate lo dejo a su gusto
Esta receta es de mi autoria, me complace compartirla con ustedes es una manera sana de comerte un sandwich ya que sustituimos la mayonesa por la cremosidad del aguacate, espero lo disfrutes tanto como yo y mi familia!
We cut the bread in half and remove crumbs to make room for our filling, in this space we will step on the avocado on both sides of the bread with a fork then proceed to add the rest of the ingredients, close our bread and enjoy!

Note that I did not give the exact amount of stuffing because this recipe is very versatile and august to the person, in my case it is enough for ten diners with the amount of meat already given
Take into account to have enough bread because this meat is very productive, with respect to the avocado for ten diners you should have two big avocados
Remember that the avocado is the base of our sandwich that will provide us creaminess and that the other ingredients will adhere to the bread
The lettuce and tomato I leave it to your taste
