Ingredients

preparation:
In a pot, place the water with the paper and the anise and put it to boil until it dissolves and takes on the flavor of the anise, then it is allowed to cool and the flour and the pinch of salt are added and it is kneaded well and mixed. They make the arepitas very thin. Place the oil in a saucepan and let it heat well and begin to fry one by one, until they swell and brown, ready to serve with grated white cheese, accompanied by coffee with milk or black.
