Feliz fin de semana para todos los amigos Hivers en la tarde de ayer Viernes fué una jornada laboral muy compleja debido a qué terminamos de forma global la cascada y por supuesto fué probada de igual manera.
The first thing we did was, with the help of some concrete, put the larger stones together to prevent any accidents, especially at the ends, which give it the pyramid shape that was sought at the request of our boss, since he has small children and, as you know, we have to be very careful.
Lo primero que hicimos fué con la ayuda de un poco de concreto juntar las piedras más grandes para así evitar que pueda ocurrir algún accidente sobre todo en los extremos qué le dan la forma de pirámide la cuál se buscaba por pedido de nuestro jefe puesto que tiene hijos pequeños y cómo bien sabrán hay que cuidarse mucho.
Then the stones placed on the walls near the pool were cleaned a little, removing the excess dirt because a sealant would be applied later to give them a great shine and make them stand out much more.
Después se procedió a limpiar un poco las piedras qué se colocaron en las paredes cercanas a la piscina retirando ese exceso de tierra debido a qué después se le colocará sellador para darle un gran brillo y qué resalten mucho más.
After cleaning up a bit, we ran the electrical cables to test the waterfall and see how it worked. It was incredible to see what we had imagined: the water's journey over the stones to fall into the pool and then continue repeating that cycle—luxuries or details that our boss wanted to have.
Luego de limpiar un poco pasamos los cables de electricidad para probar la cascada y ver cómo funcionaba así que fué increíble ver lo que habíamos imaginado sería el recorrido del agua por sobre las piedras para caer en la piscina y después seguir repitiendo ese ciclo unos lujos ó detalles qué nuestro jefe deseaba tener.
Then came the moment of truth, and my cousin was chosen to be the first to "inaugurate" the pool when the water truck arrived. But in reality, he was protecting the pool's floor tiles, since the truck's hose, when spraying water with its force, was capable of tearing them off. So, with the pool a little more filled with water, it was safe to say they wouldn't be damaged.
Entonces llegaba el momento de la verdad y mí primo fué el elegido para cuándo llegara el camión con el agua ser el primero en digamos "inaugurarla" pero en realidad estaba protegiendo los azulejos (piso) de la piscina puesto que la manguera del camión al arrojar el agua con su fuerza era capaz de arrancarlos así que ya estando un poco más llena de agua era seguro que no los dañarían.
So, after all that work, you can see the pool with the new lights that change color and give it that special touch I mentioned earlier, the one our boss wanted to give it. It's simply beautiful.
