On this day I will be teaching you what you should do to those people who are just starting on this amazing platform. And if you are interested in joining Hive and want to know how it works or how to get started? Well today you are in luck because in this post I will explain the most important things you need to know about Hive Blog.

What is Hive?

Hive is known as a social network platform where you can publish articles in communities on different topics with images and videos that are yours. And not only that, it will also allow you to generate income online and from the comfort of your home by receiving votes from people who like the publication of your topic.

Now that you know what Hive is I will explain how to sign up, if you want to get started today.

1. Go to Hive registration then choose which of these three options you will sign up for, it doesn't matter which one you choose because they all connect to each other on the same Hive network.

2. After choosing one of these 3 registration options you must enter the username that you like the most.

3. After that you will be given 1 or several passwords depending on which of the 3 registration options you choose.

Note: Remember to save the passwords they give you in a safe place, never save it in your browser, because those passwords are the ones that will let you enter your account. And if you lose it I have to tell you that there is no recovery option.

4. Then you log in to Hive login with your username and your owner key. Then you go to your Hive account settings and click on show all your keys and copy and save them in a safe place. Then go back to the login again but this time you will have to enter the Posting Key and you will be logged in to your Hive account.

5. When you have finished all that you put your profile picture, write in a section of the account a brief description of who you are and if you want you can put the link to your profile of your favorite social network.

How should your publications be in Hive?

The content you are going to publish must be made by you, what I mean by this is that you should not copy content from other people because that would be considered plagiarism and in many communities that is a very serious offense. What you publish must be in your own words, and if you want to upload photos that are not yours you must be sure that the use of the photo is allowed. Some websites say that it is forbidden to use any photo or text from their site. Don't use photos from those sites, ever in your life! That's why I recommend you these 4 sites which give you thousands and thousands of free photos that you can use for your publications.

But, even if you use images from these sites, it's a good idea to cite that the image is "free to use from Pixabay", or even credit the photographer (regardless of whether that site says you don't need to give credit). If you say the image is free to use, you'll keep your record crystal clear and flawless.

Recently I used a photo from Unplash and, below it, I wrote something like Photo by Dim Hou on Unsplash, AND when the reader clicked on his name, it opened Dim Hou's page on Unsplash where I borrowed the photo.

That would be the best way to do it so they don't say you're copying other people's photos!!

¿Como empezar en Hive si eres nuevo o nueva?

Hola queridos usuarios de esta hermosa comunidad de Hive!

En este día voy a estar enseñándoles lo que deben hacer a aquellas personas que están empezando en esta increíble plataforma. Y si te interesa unirte a Hive y quieres saber cómo funciona o cómo empezar? Pues hoy estás de suerte ya que en esta publicación les explicare lo primordial que debes saber de Hive Blog.

¿Qué es Hive?

***A Hive se le conoce como una plataforma tipo red social donde puedes publicar artículos en comunidades de diferentes temas con imágenes y videos que sean tuyos. Y no solo eso, además te permitirá generar ingresos por internet y desde la comodidad de tu casa por recibir los votos de personas a las que les guste la publicación de tu tema.

Ahora que sabes que es Hive te explicaré como registrarte, si es quieres empezar el día de hoy.

1. Te diriges a Hive Registro luego elijes en cual de esta tres opciones te registraras no importa cual elijas porque todas se conectan entre sí a la misma red de Hive.

2. Después de elegir una de esas 3 opciones de registro debes poner el nombre de usuario que a ti más te guste.

3. Luego de eso te darán 1 o varias contraseñas dependiendo cuál de las 3 opciones de registro elijas.

Nota: Recuerda guardar las contraseñas que te den en un lugar seguro nunca lo guardes en tu navegador, ya que esas contraseñas son la que te dejarán entrar a tu cuenta. Y si la pierdes te tengo que decir que no hay opción de recuperación.

4.Luego inicias sesión en Hive Inicio con su usuario y tu clave de propietario (owner key) . Luego, te diriges a la Configuración de tu cuenta de Hive y dale en mostrar todas sus claves y las copias y las guardas en un lugar seguro. Luego vuelves de nuevo al inicio de sesión pero esta vez deberás poner la clave que dice Posting Key y listo ya habrás entrado a tu cuenta de Hive.

5. Cuando hayas terminado todo eso pones tu imagen de perfil, escribes en un apartado de la cuenta una breve descripción de quien eres y si quieres puedes poner el link a tu perfil de tu red social preferida.

¿Cómo deben ser tus publicaciones en Hive?

El contenido que vayas a publicar debe ser hecho por ti, a lo que me refiero con esto es que no debes copiar contenido de otras personas ya que eso se consideraríaplagio y en muchas comunidades eso es una falta muy grave. Lo que publiques debe ser con tus propias palabras, y si quieres subir foto que no son tuyas debes estar seguro de que el uso de la foto está permitido. Algunos sitios web dicen que está prohibido utilizar cualquier foto o texto de su sitio. No utilices fotos de esos sitios, ¡nunca en tu vida! Por eso te recomiendo esto 4 sitios los cuales te brindan miles y miles de fotos gratuitas que puedes usar para tus publicaciones.

Pero, aunque utilices imágenes de estos sitios, es una buena idea citar que la imagen es "de uso gratuito de Pixabay", o incluso debes dar crédito al fotógrafo (Sin importar que ese sitio diga que no es necesario dar ese crédito). Si dices que la imagen es de uso gratuito, mantendrás un registro transparente como el agua e impecable.

Hace poco yo utilicé una foto de Unplash y, debajo de ella, escribí algo como Foto de Dim Hou en Unsplash, Y cuando el lector hizo clic en su nombre, se abrió la página de Dim Hou en Unsplash donde tomé prestada la foto.

¡Esa sería la mejor manera de hacerlo para que no digan que estas copiando fotos de otras personas!
