Did you know that poor quality sleep can have many negative consequences on health?

When I was working at the hospital, I used to ask many of my professors questions about sleep. I wanted to share a few things I remember with you.

6 hours or less sleep means that the critical level enough to impair your health has been exceeded. If you feel sleepy during the day, that is, during the period when you need to stay awake, there is a sleep problem.

For example, if you feel sleepy in a quiet environment after a car journey, it should be taken as a signal that you need to talk to a doctor in terms of sleep. Sleep duration and quality is a very important parameter that you can intervene that determines your youth, perception, health and even the duration of your life.
