Creamy caramelized banana and chocolate pudding recipe

As you can read below, this is an easy recipe to make an exquisite dessert that will conquer the sweet tooth, you can choose if you want to make this pudding with more intense dark chocolate, and also with milk chocolate, which is softer. Incidentally, if you do not usually consume milk, you can make this delicious banana and chocolate pudding with your favorite vegetable drink, how about coconut?

-Ingredients (4 diners)
2-3 Canary bananas (about 270 grams without skin) 40 grams of coconut oil
80 grams of brown sugar
30 grams of cornstarch
500 grams of milk
160 grams of
70% chocolate a pinch of salt.

-Elaboration Peel the bananas and cut them into slices, put them in a saucepan with the coconut oil and brown sugar (you can also use coconut oil). Take in a saucepan over medium heat, and let the coconut oil melt with the sugar and caramelize the banana. When it is very tender and caramelized, crush it to make it very fine and integrate well into the pudding. Reservation. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold milk, pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan and put it on the heat over high heat. Chop the chocolate and add it to the saucepan, as the milk gets hotter, it will melt. Don't let the milk boil. Creamy caramelized banana and chocolate pudding When the chocolate is almost melted, add the caramelised banana puree, the cornstarch dissolved in milk and a pinch of salt, and continue cooking without stopping beating with the manual sticks, until the preparation thickens. At that point, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it lose a little temperature, gently beat with the rods from time to time, while the temperature drops. Then, pour the creamy pudding into the containers (casseroles, ramequins, dessert glasses ...) in which you are going to present the dessert. Let cool at room temperature and then in the refrigerator so that it takes more body, you can let it rest for a couple of hours or until the next day, that is, it is a dessert that can be prepared in advance. To avoid a fine crust on the surface, cover the pudding with skin film. Finish and presentation Before presenting this chocolate and caramelized banana pudding, you can complete it with some crunchy element, such as some broken cookies, some slices of dehydrated banana, toasted coconut chips ...
