Hola mis queridos amigos de Recreative hive! un gran gusto en saludarles!!!, hoy les quiero comentar del pasado día sábado, en el cual unos amigos me invitaron a un "Asado Argentino" y con sorpresa al final!!! espero lo disfruten.

Hello my dear friends from Recreative hive! a great pleasure to greet you!!!, today I want to tell you about last Saturday, in which some friends invited me to an "Argentine Asado" and with surprise at the end!!! I hope you enjoy it.

Tenia mucho tiempo sin saber de "El gordo" y Fabiana, los cuales son como una especie de hermanos de acá de Argentina que siempre están pendientes de mi, bueno, mas que hermanos serian como unos padres que la vida me ha regalado, con el perdón de las edades jaja!

I had a long time without knowing about "El Gordo" and Fabiana, who are like a kind of brothers from here in Argentina who are always looking out for me, well, more than brothers they would be like parents that life has given me, with him sorry for the ages haha!

La cosa es que desde hacia varios días, me habían escrito "y que para para reunirnos a comer un asadito" y yo como de vegano no tengo mucho acepte sin mas! Si si ya se o que están pensando! que estoy gordo y que la cuarentena me hizo ganar peso y perder cabello!! pero que tanto! solo se vive una vez! después compensaremos con mas bicicleta en el gimnasio jajaja

The thing is that for several days, they had written to me "and what's the point of getting together to eat a little barbecue" and as a vegan I don't have much, accept without further ado! Yes yes I know or what are you thinking! that I'm fat and that quarantine made me gain weight and lose hair!! but how much! you only live once! later we will compensate with more bicycle in the gym hahaha

Ese día en la mañana salí un rato al parque a pasear y estirar las piernas, estaba muy bonito todo! el Paraná, estaba majestuoso como siempre... un hermoso día para degustar un juguito de naranja en el césped!

That day in the morning I went out to the park for a walk and stretch my legs, everything was very beautiful! Paraná was majestic as always... a beautiful day to enjoy a little orange juice on the lawn!

Llegada la hora del almuerzo, y sabiendo que en la noche iba a comer hasta reventar, me incline por una opción un poco mas saludable, así que prepare vegetales al vapor con pollo... ah si! y de paso estrene mi vaporera auto-regalada!

Lunch time arrived, and knowing that at night I was going to eat until I burst, I leaned towards a slightly healthier option, so I prepared steamed vegetables with chicken... ah yes! And by the way, I premiered my self-gifted steamer!

Llegadas las 5pm, Miguel, aka "El Gordo" paso por mi y me llevo a su casa, donde seria la esperada comilona. Cuando llegamos ya tenia el carbón preparado para empezar el ritual parrillero.

Arriving at 5pm, Miguel, aka "El Gordo" picked me up and took me to his house, where the long-awaited feast would be. When we arrived, he already had the charcoal ready to start the barbecue ritual.

Asamos la carne mientras nos poníamos al día con los cuentos y así fueron pasando los minutos, entre brasas y el delicioso olor ahumado característico de la parrilla

We grilled the meat while we caught up with the stories and so the minutes passed, between embers and the delicious smoky smell characteristic of the grill

También jugamos con esta hermosa perrita que estaba estrenando corte de pelo jaja, se llama Violeta y es super cariñosa, casi provoca robársela jaja

We also played with this beautiful dog who was having her new haircut haha, her name is Violeta and she is super affectionate, she almost caused her to be stolen haha

Ya llegada la hora de cenar, debo admitir que comí demasiado! Es que estaba muy bueno todo, eso si, lo que no me atreví a probar fueron los benditos chinchulines (chinchurria)… no se aun no me convence, aunque supuestamente son una exquisitez...

Come dinner time, I must admit that I ate too much! It's just that everything was very good, yes, what I didn't dare to try were the blessed chitterlings (chinchurria)... I don't know, it still doesn't convince me, although they are supposedly a delicacy...

Para cerrar con broche de oro, los chicos me tenían una torta de sorpresa con motivo de mi reciente cumpleaños, al cual ellos no pudieron asistir, muy bonito el detalle! de verdad no me lo esperaba!

To close with a flourish, the boys had a surprise cake for me on the occasion of my recent birthday, which they could not attend, very nice detail! I really did not expect it!

Y así, disfrutando de la compañía de buenos amigos se termina mi diario de hoy, cada vez mas agradecido por tan maravillosas personas que Dios ha puesto en mi camino!
