Soy músico (baterista) aunque básicamente escucho Rock, estoy abierto a cualquier tipo de expresión artística ya que después de todo el arte es un sinfín de gustos y posibilidades. Aparte de mi pasión por la música, soy periodista titulado.

So far I do not know exactly where I want to go or what I want to achieve, however I could describe that I am a person attracted by music, acting and conversations that leave learning. I am a musician (drummer) although I basically listen to Rock, I am open to any kind of artistic expression since after all art is a myriad of tastes and possibilities. Apart from my passion for music, I am a qualified journalist.

Retomando el tema acerca de mí, cuando era chico, quizá unos 6 años, sentí una gran pasión por el Rock, ya que en ese momento empecé a consumir la programación de Mtv, sí, en ese momento pasaban música en ese canal, y pasaban mucha música Rock, colocaban bandas como Pantera, Metallica, entre otros, sin embargo a los 9 años empezó mi gusto por la batería, siempre imitaba o intentaba tocar mis canciones favoritas utilizando cualquier cosa como un tambor y un par de años después empecé a asistir a clases de música donde aprendería a leer y crear música.

No fue hasta mi adolescencia que empecé a presentarme en vivo con algunas agrupaciones en eventos pequeños de la ciudad y al hacerme adulto tuve la oportunidad de viajar un par de veces a tocar en pequeños eventos donde el plato principal era el Rock, sin embargo para ese tiempo ya había comenzado la universidad a estudiar Comunicación Social y me aparte de las tarimas aunque siempre me mantenía al tanto en el entorno musical y empezó mi gusto por otro tipo de arte como escribir y actuar en cortometrajes como tarea de la universidad, también crecía un gusto por la lectura y redacción de poemas, semiología y arte con temáticas surrealistas

En el año 2013 tuve la oportunidad de vivir unos meses en Toronto, Canadá para aprender inglés y conocer otro tipo de cultura y la verdad es que fue un choque cultural pero desde un punto de vista positivo (conocer personas de todas partes del mundo, escuchar diferentes conceptos o rutinas de vida, otro tipo de humor).

In 2013 I had the opportunity to live a few months in Toronto, Canada to learn English and get to know another type of culture and the truth is that it was a culture shock but from a positive point of view (meeting people from all over the world, hearing different concepts or routines of life, another type of humor).

Después de esa travesía regresé a Venezuela para poder culminar mi carrera universitaria y tomar la decisión de irme nuevamente del país pero por temas de la situación que se vive actualmente. Viví dos años en Santiago de Chile y escogí ese país porque me brindaron la oportunidad de tener un sitio donde vivir al inicio. Estar en ese país me enseñó muchas cosas, lo que era realmente valerse por sí mismo, pero a pesar de que no fue el viaje perfecto la verdad es que no me arrepiento de haber vivido semejante experiencia

After that journey I returned to Venezuela in order to finish my university degree and make the decision to leave the country again, but due to the current situation. I lived in Santiago de Chile for two years and I chose that country because they gave me the opportunity to have a place to live at the beginning. Being in that country taught me a lot of things, what it was really like to fend for myself, but even though it was not the perfect trip, the truth is that I do not regret having lived such an experience.

Regresé a casa (Venezuela) a principios del año 2020, justo unas semanas antes de que comenzara el tema de la pandemia y ya todos conocemos esa historia; pero aquí estoy, tratando de empezar de nuevo, reiniciando mis misiones de vida, esperando que lo que haga sea para bien.
