I had to divide this topic into two parts for reasons of time.

The human anatomy is very important to study, no matter how boring and complicated it may seem. It is simple what you have to learn in anatomy, simply observing, this will be a guide for when you go to draw and when you get used to drawing taking into account the muscles and bones of the human body will be recorded in the mind, this will help you know what you are drawing
In my case, I looked for the human skeleton and the muscular system of men and women, I practiced drawing them taking the image as a reference and if I have improved, you will not become an expert overnight, but I assure you that you will progress little little by little
When you are going to draw whatever it is, you must have a reference to guide us, it must be unoccupied, it is essential, drawing quickly is not a good idea

Primero busqué el sistema muscular y después el esqueleto,me sirvieron para mejorar,pues es mejor guiarse ya que así uno sabe que se está dibujando. Probablemente se confunda con tantos músculos pero yo le sugiero que si usted es de l@s que les gusta ver series animadas,cómics,mangas ó anime sobre todo estos últimos,presté atención cuando vea a los personajes la cara,el cuerpo y los movimientos,pues en la anatomía humana usted puede notar,si presta atención,las mediciones de las partes del cuerpo
Claro que al buscar Anatomía nos saldra siempre un solo modelo pero las referencias no solo tienen que estar en Google, pueden ser personas reales que usted vea,su propio cuerpo también sirve

Este dibujo lo hice sin tener referencia,un buen ejercicio que yo le recomiendo es el de hacer dibujos sin a la vista referencia,memorice, así se entrena la memoria fotográfica
Claro que también debe saber que si usted quiere dibujar,debe entrenar la mano con ejercicios
Si usted busca tutoriales en Youtube encontrará ejercicios de hacer Líneas rectas sin ayuda de una regla, también el de hacer Líneas curvas, figuras geométricas,etcétera...son buenos ejercicios pero pueden llegar a ser aburridos, yo les recomiendo para no aburrirse y seguir entrenando la mano y la mente,el hacer bocetos de todo y en todo tipo de poses,claro complementando también con los ejercicios básicos (en especial con el círculo)
Para empezar a dibujar se hace la cara,perder el miedo a lo "horrible"que pueden quedar sus dibujos es importante,no se desanime nadie aprende a dibujar al instante yo llevo 10 o 11 años dibujando y todavía no dibujo como experto pero no me rindo

• Para hacer una cara se hace un círculo
• Se traza una línea horizontal y otra vertical, se formará una cruz
• Hacemos dos líneas verticales apuntando en hacia abajo con una inclinación que dependerán de como la dibujen, después harán otras dos verticales que conecten entre sí, también se les puede hacer una horizontal donde conectan pero ya eso es al gusto de cada quien
• La horizontal nos indica dónde empieza la oreja(yo les recomiendo hacer la oreja un poco más abajo de la línea esto es por la distancia que hay del rostro y la oreja ver dibujo) también en la horizontal se hace la ceja
• Más abajo va el ojo
• Donde termina la oreja termina la nariz
• Un poquito más abajo va la boca.
• Limitada por la barbilla

Esto aplica para dibujar niños también

• Para dibujar una mujer se hace casi el mismo procedimiento y digo casi porque en vez de hacer Líneas verticales y horizontales para hacer la mandíbula se hará nada más que una sola forma,un óvalo siempre cuando se valla a dibujar una mujer joven no se dibujan huesos todo limpio(ver dibujo)

• Para dibujar el pelo lo único que hay que hacer es saber de qué parte específica surge el pelo,esta chica tiene el pelo partido en dos así que se hace la línea y luego dibujas libremente (nuevamente les recomiendo tomar referencia yo ya lo tenía memorizado así que no recuerdo muy bien en donde lo vi) A continuación les muestro cuatro modelos distintos de caras no es mucho en comparación a todos los díseños que pueden hacer, lo que hay es que tener creatividad

Aquí tienen este no sigue para nada las reglas y de paso no tiene nariz,esto es a lo que me refiero lo que deben tener es creatividad todo es una buena referencia o fuente de inspiración hasta un simple grano de arroz
Bien ahora pasemos a un tema interesante

Por si acaso alguien no sabe lo que es el esqueleto o 3D en el dibujo procederé a explicar...uno nunca sabe:

Es como se empieza el boceto este nos ayuda a establecer la pose, equilibrio y naturalidad (claro si se dibuja bien hecho) Hay muchos que no saben cuál es mejor,si el esqueleto o 3D y yo les diré mi opinión

ESQUELETO

* 1 El esqueleto : algunas personas lo dibujan realista muy realista, según tengo entendido lo dibujan así para dibujar a la persona más natural y el cuerpo salga lo más real posible pero no todos saben hacer eso

* 2 El Stickman es otro esqueleto pero mucho más sencillo este se dibuja así como está en la imagen o otro más sencillo que es,una esfera para la cabeza y todo el cuerpo de palos

SKELETON

BOCETO 3D

* 1 Modelo 3D,en vez de dibujar el esqueleto partimos de una vez a la carne por decirlo así,se dibuja a partir de figuras como cilindros para los codos y rodillas y la mandíbula se mantiene en una forma aveces 2D y después borran un poco para dibujar las líneas necesarias para que quede 3D (siendo boceto)o algunos lo hacen de un vez 3D para luego remarcar y acabar el dibujo.

MI OPINIÓN Y CUAL PREFIERO

El 2 es como yo lo dibujo,yo no hago esqueleto sino que parto de una vez a dibujar la carne el míos es más 2D y luego acomodo el boceto para hacerlo 3D para así darle un toque más realista al dibujo.

3D SKETCH

* 1 3D model, instead of drawing the skeleton we start at once to the flesh so to speak, it is drawn from figures such as cylinders for the elbows and knees and the jaw is kept in a sometimes 2D shape and then erased a little to draw the necessary lines to make it 3D (being a sketch) or some make it 3D at once and then highlight and finish the drawing.

MY OPINION AND WHICH ONE I PREFER

The 2 is how I draw it, I do not make a skeleton but I start at once to draw the meat, mine is more 2D and then I arrange the sketch to make it 3D in order to give a more realistic touch to the drawing.

Ahora bien yo no digo que 3D sea mejor que esqueleto o Stickman sino que a mí se me hace más cómodo dibujar así ,yo les recomiendo informarse y no quedarse con una sola
Yo saqué mis estilos mediante tutoriales y el que pulió mis dibujos fue el libro de Andrew Loomis de ahí aprendi a dibujar y saqué mi estilo de 3D mediante el estilo de esqueleto del libro

This is the way I draw women
Now I do not say that 3D is better than skeleton or Stickman but that it makes me more comfortable to draw like this, I recommend you to get informed and not stay with just one
I got my styles through tutorials and the one that polished my drawings was the book by Andrew Loomis from there I learned to draw and I got my style from 3D through the skeleton style of the book
