Hola gente de la comunidad GEMS, hoy vengo a mostrarles este delicioso postre que me hago casi todas las noches, es muy sencillo y ademas, es totalmente saludable.

En muy simples pasos van a poder hacer esta tortita.
Para hacerla pueden utilizar 1 cucharada de harina de coco, 1 huevo, frutos secos triturados y si quieres chocolate que sea al 80% como mínimo.
1ro lo mezclas todo en una taza, lo revuelven bien hasta que este todo unido. Luego lo cocinan dentro de la taza en la que hicieron la mezcla durante 3 a 5 minutos.
Una vez que puedan desmoldarlo, pueden ponerle arriba lo que les guste, yo utilizo crema batida endulzada con Stevia, unas frutillas, mas frutos secos, mermelada de frutilla sin azúcar y cacao amargo espolvoreado por encima. Así de sencillo! espero les haya gustado, si lo llegan a hacer coméntenme que tal les quedo.
