Hicimos pasta a la carbonara // We made pasta carbonara

La gente buena sí existe, y mi compañera de trabajo Andreina es muestra de ello, yo estoy tan agradecida con la vida por poner personas como ella en mi camino y más en este momento que tanto lo necesito ya que estoy sola en Arauca (Colombia) y sin mi hermana, pero en esta oportunidad vine a mostrarles el rico almuerzo que hicimos en casa de Andreina, compuesto por una pasta a la carbonara con pan al ajillo y acompañada por una refrescante coca cola, y les cuento que quedó realmente delicioso, la idea fue mía desde el día anterior, pero la que dio el toque principal fue Andreina, por eso digo que le quedó deliciosa.

Good people do exist, and My co-worker Andreina is proof of this, I am so grateful to life for putting people like her in my path and more at this time that I need it so much since I am alone in Arauca (Colombia) and without my sister, but in This opportunity I came to show you the delicious lunch that we made at Andreina's house, consisting of a carbonara pasta with garlic bread and accompanied by a refreshing Coca Cola, and I tell you that it was delicious, the idea was mine from the day before, But the one who gave the main touch was Andreina, that's why I say it was delicious.

No teniamos ningun ingrediente en casa, así que tuvimos que ir al supermercado a comprar las cosas para empezar la preparación de la pasta a la carbonara, por supuesto nos fuimos caminando, ya que el lugar en el que ibamos a comprar todo nos queda cerca, lo que nos afectaba era el sol radiante que había, pero aún así fuimos tranquilas y compramos los siguientes ingredientes: pasta larga, tocineta, maíz dulce, pechuga, crema de leche, queso amarillo (para darle el toque secreto final) cebolla, ajo, perejil, mantequilla y pan, es que no teniamos literal ningún ingrediente, pero entre todos reunimos y compramos las cosas que salieron algo costosas.

We did not have any ingredients at home, so we had to go to the supermarket to buy things to start preparing the pasta carbonara, of course we walked, since the place where we were going to buy everything is close to us, what affected us was the radiant sun that there was, but even so we were calm and bought the following ingredients: long pasta, bacon, sweet corn, breast, cream, yellow cheese (to give it the final secret touch) onion, garlic, parsley, butter and bread, is that we did not literally have any ingredients, but together we gathered and bought the things that were somewhat expensive.

Una vez listas las compras, nos fuimos a casa y empezamos la preparación, yo era la encargada del pan al ajillo el cual tosté en un sartén pero antes unté el pan con mantequilla, ajo y perejil y quedaron deliciosos, además también ayudaba a Andreina a picar algunas cosas (como la tocineta) pero ella era la que daba el toque secreto y también hizo la pasta y su cuñada Enola era la encargada de comprar la coca cola para acompañar la pasta, y les cuento que todo salió bien, incluso quedamos llenisimos de tanto que comimos, y a pesar de que eramos varios todo salió completico y nadie dejó nada de lo buena que quedó, sin duda espero que momentos así se repitan.

Once the purchases were ready, we went home and started the preparation, I was in charge of the garlic bread which I toasted in a pan but before I spread the bread with butter, garlic and parsley and they were delicious, I also helped Andreina to Chop some things (like bacon) but she was the one who gave the secret touch and also made the pasta and her sister-in-law Enola was in charge of buying the coke to accompany the pasta, and I tell them that everything went well, we were even very full from so much we ate, and despite the fact the at there were several of us, everything came out complete and no one left anything of the good that was left, without a doubt I hope that moments like this will be repeated.

La pechuga la cocinamos con algunos aliños, lo demás lo agregamos en un sarten para hacer la salsa la cual agregamos a la pasta por encima y luego ma lonja de queso. Espero que les haya gustado, también que me cuenten que más recetas de comida harian con sus amigos (a ver si eso me da alguna idea a mí), pero mientras yo seguiré por aquí esperando y deseandoles lo mejor siempre.
