Hola a todos mis apreciados Hivers, les comparto mi deliciosa receta de Brownie con Nueces, perfecta para los amantes del chocolate como yo, es de muy fácil elaboración, espero les encante y me comenten como les quedo, me agradaría mucho saber.
Ingredientes:
200 gramos de Mantequilla
1 taza de Cacao en Polvo
2 tazas de harina
2 tazas de azúcar
4 huevos
1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
100 gramos de Nueces
180 grados por 25 minutos
Paso a paso:
- Derretir la mantequilla a fuego lento,
- En otro recipiente mezclar la mantequilla con el cacao, e ir incorporando los demás ingredientes en el siguiente orden, azúcar, huevos, harina, polvo de hornear, nueces mezclar bien todo.
- Precalentar el horno, 10 min antes.
- Preparar el molde, untarlo previamente con mantequilla para evitar que nuestro brownie se pegue al momento de retirarlo del molde.
- Llevarlo al horno por 25 minutos, a una temperatura de 180 grados.
(recomiendo a los 20 min revisar y observa si no esta muy seco el brownie, ya es al gusto, si les gusta más húmedo o seco). - Retirar del horno dejar enfiar unos minutos, corta en el tamaño de su preferencia, decorar a su gusto, yo le coloque una cubierta de arequipe, y corte unas nueces en tamaños similares, porque las que conseguí fueron enteras y las coloque encima como parte de la decoración.
Quedaron deliciosos, duraron sola una tarde, se los comieron todos. Espero los disfruten. Un abrazo Erika.

Ingredients:
200 grams of butter
1 cup of Cocoa Powder
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder
100 grams of walnuts
180 degrees for 25 minutes
Step by step:
- Melt the butter over low heat,
- In another bowl, mix the butter with the cocoa, and add the other ingredients in the following order: sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, nuts, and mix well.
- Preheat the oven 10 minutes before baking.
- Prepare the mold, grease it previously with butter to prevent our brownie from sticking when removing it from the mold.
- Take it to the oven for 25 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees.
(I recommend to check after 20 minutes and see if the brownie is not too dry, it is up to taste, if you like it wetter or drier). - Remove from oven let cool a few minutes, cut into the size of your preference, decorate to your liking, I put an arequipe topping, and cut some nuts in similar sizes, because the ones I got were whole and put them on top as part of the decoration.
