Very good afternoon to all my friends of hive, I hope you are well, I tell you that yesterday was Mother's Day, and because it was a special day I decided to make a special lunch, it is a delicious pork in cream of milk. I confess that it is one of my favorites. Here are the ingredients I usedMuy buenas tardes a todos mis amigos de hive, deseo que se encuentren bien, les cuento que el día de ayer fue el día de las madres, y por ser un día especial decidí hacer un almuerzo especial, se trata de una deliciosa carne de cerdo en crema de leche. les Confieso que es una de mis favoritas. Acá les dejos los ingredientes que utilicé

Ingredients/Ingredientes:
📌250gr pork meat/250gr de carne de cerdo.
📌100 gr of vegetables (chives, bell pepper)/100gr de vegetales (cebollín, pimentón)
📌Garlic powder/ Ajo en polvo
📌90 gr of milk cream/ 90gr de crema de leche.
📌3 tablespoons of oil/ 3 cucharadas de aceite.
📌Salt to taste/ sal al gusto.

The first thing I did was to wash my vegetables and cut them finely, then I added the salt and garlic powder to the meat, let it rest for 5 minutes, and there with the previously heated pan I added the oil and the meat pieces until it was well sealed.Lo primero que hice fue lavar mis vegetales y cortarlos finamente, luego agregue la sal y el ajo en polvo ala carne deje reposar por 5 minutos, y allí con el sartén previamente calentado agregue el aceite y las piezas de carne hasta sellar bein

After the meat has been in the pan for about 7 minutes (the time can be optional until we see that our meat is well sealed) we remove it and set aside. in the same pan we will place our vegetables, and begin to sauté, when the onion has crystallized we add little by little the milk cream, let it cook for a minute and then reincorporate our previously sealed meat.Luego de estar la carne por unos 7 minutos en el sartén ( el tiempo puede ser opcional hasta que veamos q nuestra carne está bien sellada) la retiramos y reservamos. en el mismo sartén vamos a colocar nuestros vegetales, y comenzamos a sofreír, cuando la cebolla haya cristalizado agregamos poco a poco la crema de leche, dejamos cocinar por un minuto y luego reincorporamos nuestra carne previamente sellada

At this point let it cook for approximately 2 minutes and it is ready to serve.Ya en este punto dejamos cocinar por 2 minutos aproximadamente y ya queda listo para servir
