Los días domingos en el hogar de mis suegros, se disfruta la preparación de un buen almuerzo y en esta oportunidad, nos tocó la preparación de una deliciosa sopa de caraota con huesitos ahumados, la misma fue preparada por mi suegro y en compañía de mi esposa, los dos se esmeraron para consentir nuestros gustos a la hora de almorzar.
El resto de la familia ese día, nos encargamos de ayudar con los quehaceres de la casa mientras se montan con el almuerzo, para luego servir la mesa también colocando los diferentes platos y acompañarlo con el respectivo casabe digno acompañante aunque en esta oportunidad, nos faltó el cambur.
Toda la familia nos sentamos alrededor de la mesa a devorar este exquisito plato, realmente en este momento, aprovechamos de dar gracias por los alimentos y por lo que estamos presentes además de disfrutar de una buena conversación entre todos.
