Everyone always asks me about my name and descent, 😁 I come from an Arab family that thanks to their efforts managed to get us out of our country of origin. Arriving in Venezuela in 2000 when I was 14 years old. It was a difficult beginning for me, learning Spanish. But nothing is impossible when you put effort and dedication. Years passed and I managed to be the best in the class, leaving with honors for having a perfect grade in every sense of the word.

(I want to go to college) 🎉 (I want to go to college) 🎉 (I want to go to college).

The years passed and I managed to enter the university that is currently called Universidad de Oriente, for me it was a dream because I managed to enter a good university career. Bioanalysis of those people who like to do analysis with blood. At the beginning I liked the career, but after two years, I practically abandoned everything and started studying Biochemical Engineering. It was a real challenge for me, because they told me that I would go crazy and I laughed (haha) but I really liked it, I felt the passion, and thanks to my effort I managed to graduate as a Biochemistry Engineer. With a grade of (10) I was the only one who could graduate from that career because for more than 5 years no one graduated from that career and less with that grade.

(My first day as a university professor)

It turns out that I was not the typical old professor that everyone expected to see, on my first day I sat down and pretended to be a student, we were all together waiting for the professor and what a surprise that I got up from my seat and I went to the blackboard and wrote, "my name is (Professor Karim Ildibli) no one asked anything about me but where I came from and why that name.

(I want to study again) 😊✌️

Thanks to the encouragement of my students and the constancy insistence I started working, studying and teaching at the same time at the university. Obtaining the title of SAFETY INSPECTOR, then I continued with the career and obtained another title as TECHNICIAN IN HYGIENE AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY.

(I'm going to be a dad) 😍

Due to the situation that my country is going through, I had to leave leaving my 1 year old son. Who is currently 3 years old, I left Venezuela, I spent 2 days traveling in a Bus with only 1 bottle of water, 3 loaves of bread and cheese. With that I managed to get to Colombia in the middle of the pandemic, I crossed a trail because I spent most of the day illegally walking through a forest, I passed through swamps and I was almost bitten by a snake. I arrived in Colombia and went to a shelter all dirty and hungry and I was only 2 days. As I could I arrived in Medellin and was welcomed by a friend who two months ago died of COVID-19 😢😔.

My stay in Medellin was not the best, how these was illegal I could not find work, and one day I was on facebook and I met a wonderful person who was living in Argentina, at first I behaved very badly with him because he is a boy 😁 and well we got to know each other and the months passed and he came to Colombia, we started to live together. And between the two of us we set up a restaurant with a lot of effort and sacrifice from both of us. We were doing very well, but one day we were victims of paramilitaries and they took all our things and told us that we had to leave the town in 12 hours because they no longer wanted Venezuelans and less like us. They beat us both, and I was more hurt because they emptied a fryer with hot oil all over my right hand 😭 you can't imagine the pain you feel, I didn't cry at that moment for fear that they were going to make an attempt on my life and that of my partner. They left and we packed a few clothes in a suitcase and went to hide. Again we arrived in Medellin and when we thought everything was fine, they found us again and beat us so badly that my partner ended up hospitalized and almost died 😢. Thank God we got out of all those problems and we went to a shelter only for people who have been victims like us.

We got married 💫🙏😘🐷🙏😘🐷

Because of the immigration status I have we got married and now we are united in marriage. With the idea of going to another country. You are not going to believe but my husband has tried to leave 5 times for Norway but they won't let him on the plane. Because here in Colombia there is still homophobia, sexual discrimination and xenophobia because we are Venezuelan. Now we are in legal problems with the airline for reimbursement and compensation for all the damages caused. We are already waiting for the reimbursement to buy a new ticket so that he can leave first and then send for me. And yes, I believe and hope that we are going to get out of this bad dream that has been haunting us for more than two years? They say that the one who surrenders is the one who loses everything (coward) and we are not going to surrender....

I hope you liked my story... The continuation of how he went to Norway will be published soon...

(Otra vez quiero estudiar) 😊✌️
