Hello good evening to all my dear hivers, I hope you had a nice weekend, from my part I am happy to continue sharing with you and this time I show you the delicious dinner I managed to prepare.

Ingredientes|Ingredients

El patacon es uno de los platos característicos de nuestra gastronomía Zulia, es emblemático y tradicional comerse un patacon. Básicamente consiste en hacer tostones de platano verde y rellenarlos con diversos ingredientes y salsa.

Para nuestra receta tenemos los siguientes aditivos:

  • Tomate picados en rodajas.
  • Lechuga.
  • Carne mechada.
  • Queso rayado.
  • salsa guasaca.

The patacon is one of the characteristic dishes of our Zulia gastronomy, it is emblematic and traditional to eat a patacon. Basically it consists of making tostones of green plantain and filling them with different ingredients and sauce.

For our recipe we have the following additives:

  • Tomato chopped in slices.
  • Lettuce.
  • Sliced meat.
  • Grated cheese.
  • Guasaca sauce.

Procedimiento|Process

Tomamos un toston y lo colocamos en un plato. Comenzamos agregando la carne mechada sobre el toston y luego se unta una capa de salsa de guasaca sobre la carne.

En esto hago un paréntesis para explicar lo que es la guasacaca, consta de una salsa hecha con vegetales licuados y salsa mayonesa,ademas de sal y poco de aceite, dentro de los vegetales tenemos cilantro, cebolla larga, pigmenton y cebolla de cabeza.

Luego de la salsa agregamos una capa de queso rayado, por encima la rodaja de tomate y por último la lechuga, este es todo el relleno.

We take a toston and place it on a plate. We start by adding the shredded meat over the toston and then we spread a layer of guasacaca sauce over the meat.

In this I make a parenthesis to explain what the guasacaca is, it consists of a sauce made with liquefied vegetables and mayonnaise sauce, plus salt and a little oil, within the vegetables we have cilantro, long onion, pigmenton and head onion.

After the sauce we add a layer of grated cheese, on top the tomato slice and finally the lettuce, this is all the filling.

Luego de colocar todo el relleno mencionado, colocamos el toston que encierra este jugoso y delicioso contenido así tenemos nuestro rico patacon.
