Hola a todos bienvenidos a mi blog, hoy quiero contarles la historia de cómo conocí a mi esposo Jesus. Nosotros desde muy pequeños asistimos a la misma iglesia y a pesar de no ser amigos tan cercanos siempre coincidíamos en algunas actividades o eventos especiales.

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog, today I want to tell you the story of how I met my husband Jesus. From a very young age we attended the same church and despite not being close friends we always agreed on some activities or special events.

Cuando teníamos 11 años de edad fuimos parte de un cortejo en una boda y justamente nos pusieron como pareja, ese día solo recuerdo como el me molestaba porque yo era muy flaca y me decía “huesito” 😂 y también como derramo chocolate “sin querer” en mi hermoso vestido y yo como toda niña coqueta que no quería arruinar lo que traía puesto me moleste mucho con él 😠

When we were 11 years old we were part of a courtship at a wedding and they just put us together as a couple, that day I only remember how he bothered me because I was very skinny and said "little bone" and also how I spilled chocolate "accidentally" on my beautiful dress and I like every flirtatious girl who did not want to ruin what I was wearing I was very annoyed with it.

Al pasar de los años cada uno viviendo su vida, estudiábamos en colegios distintos y en realidad nuestras vidas eran muy distintas, el único lugar donde podíamos coincidir era en la iglesia como les comente anteriormente y alguno que otro lugar que nos viéramos de lejos, un dia fui a pedir comida en un lugar donde me encantaba comer (comida chatarra) El estaba allí con su familia, nos saludamos de lejos y recuerdo que exactamente ese dia el me hizo una solicitud de amistad por Facebook y de allí comenzó todo 😊

As the years went by, each of us living their lives, we studied in different schools and in reality our lives were very different, the only place where we could meet was in the church as I mentioned before and the occasional place that we could see each other from afar, a day I went to order food in a place where I loved to eat (junk food) He was there with his family, we greeted each other from afar and I remember that exactly that day he made me a friend request on Facebook and from there it all began.

Recuerdo que teníamos largas conversaciones conociéndonos, y el me invitaba a los ensayos del ministerio de adoración de nuestra iglesia porque como les dije anteriormente a mi me gusta cantar, es un talento que Dios me dio y me gusta adorarle a través de el. Jesús también canta, toca la guitarra y la batería (Pronto compartiremos más acerca de esto)

I remember we had long conversations getting to know each other, and he invited me to the rehearsals of the worship ministry of our church because as I said before I like to sing, it is a talent that God gave me and I like to worship him through it. Jesus also sings, plays guitar and drums (We will share more about this soon)

Luego de varias citas, largas conversaciones entendíamos que teníamos muchas cosas en común, una de ellas y la más importante para nosotros era nuestro amor por Dios y queríamos siempre cumplir su voluntad, El desenlace de todo fue en un campamento de jóvenes de nuestra iglesia en Febrero del 2014, allí nos dimos cuenta de lo enamorados que estábamos pero aun no nos lo habíamos expresado.

After several appointments, long conversations, we understood that we had many things in common, one of them and the most important for us was our love for God and we always wanted to fulfill his will, The outcome of everything was in a youth camp of our church in February 2014, there we realized how in love we were but we had not expressed it yet.

Mas adelante Jesus toma la iniciativa y me dice lo que siente por mi, en Marzo del 2014 me pide que sea su novia a lo cual mi respuesta fue “SI” lo mas impactante de nuestra historia no era eso sino lo que estaba por suceder, a 3 dias de hacernos novios a el lo llaman porque debe irse a estudiar a la universidad y eso significaba no vernos por largos periodos de tiempo y le dimos la bienvenida a nuestra relación a distancia..

Later Jesus takes the initiative and tells me how he feels about me, in March 2014 he asked me to be his girlfriend to which my answer was "YES" the most shocking thing in our history was not that but what was about to happen, 3 days after we made boyfriends, they called him because he had to go to study at the university and that meant not seeing each other for long periods of time and we welcomed him into our long-distance relationship.
