Uncontrollable day to day situations (part I)
Hello Hive community, I hope you are all well in the name of God. Friends readers I want to share with you this post, sometimes we can not always have control of the things we need to do in our day to day, for reasons or unforeseen events that are out of our hands, sometimes we think that our days will be hectic, when it really ends up being the opposite.
I tell them that on Monday afternoon a client who we fixed two air conditioners in your business, that one was mounted compressor and maintenance was performed, another was also made their respective maintenance and we put a little gas. She calls me to tell me that one of the air is off and try to turn it on and nothing, the other was splashing water, I immediately told her to go first thing in the morning the next day.
On the other hand my wife had to go to the doctor, she was already square with my brother-in-law, who would also see the same doctor, to take her and then I would go for her, since the therapy is one hour and my brother-in-law had the first shift, for work reasons he had to leave early. I sent a message to the other technician who helped me with the work, to update him on what was happening with the air we fixed last week, we arranged to leave first thing in the morning.
I also had to deliver a window air that I brought home to fix it, I had it ready, but I arranged with the customer that I would take it in the afternoon, thinking I had to go for my wife and my sister-in-law who also had an appointment. Moments before going to bed my wife received some messages from her brother that she could not go with the doctor, since she had an appointment with a cardiologist, due to an emergency that she had, and therefore she could not take her.
Well, I told my wife that plans would have to change, I'm going to take them at 7:45am, I'll drop them off and go attend to the client who called me, then I'll come for you when you are done with the Doctor. I got out of bed at 6am, I activated with my morning routine, I started to make coffee and breakfast, as I had told you in my past posts. Already to leave, I called my partner who lives very close to my house, to tell him that we were not going at the scheduled time, but at 10am.
Douglas, the other refrigeration technician, informed me that he could not go at that time because he had to run some errands with his wife and could as at 1pm, well no way, we will go in the afternoon, I had to call the customer and inform him that we would be for your business after 1 pm.
I told my wife that I would stay with her at the office because all the work was scheduled for the afternoon. When I arrived, I received a message from Mrs. Carmen, that's the client's name. I felt sorry because I had forgotten to call her to tell her that we would visit her in the afternoon.
In her message she told me that the equipment turned on, I immediately took my phone and made a call, indeed tells me that the equipment turned on, it was the breaker fuse that had blown, they replaced it and ready, as for the other team, only had a few drops of water, at times, in the lower part of the evaporator, but if I was somewhat busy to be another day.
I thought his proposal was perfect, I told him that I was glad that the matter was resolved in that way, but that anyway, we would be for his business on Thursday, in the name of God.
Saludos.
Already a little calmer, my people of Hive, in the waiting room, where my wife and my sister-in-law came, I started to write this letter, although I tell you that I do not write very often because I am not very good at writing, but thank God I have my wife and my children who help me with that and every day I realize that I am learning a little more. I'll tell you later how the afternoon was in a new post. Greetings.

The Hivebuzz proposal already got important support from the community. However, it lost its funding a few days ago and only needs a few more HP to get funded again.
May we ask you to support it so our team can continue its work this year?
You can do it on Peakd, ecency, or using HiveSigner.
Your support would be really helpful and you could make a difference.
Thank you!Dear @damian-z, we need your help!
