Crear un habito duele con la misma intensidad que deshacerse de habitos improductivos, se trata de cambiar rutinas por otras más productivas, pero no temas, todo es cuestión de constancia hasta que un día te das cuenta que el tiempo sobra y que el tomar así sea una hora diaria de estudio resulta relajante, des-estresante y un regalo para ti.

Creating a habit hurts with the same intensity as getting rid of unproductive habits, it's about changing routines for more productive ones, but fear not, it's all about perseverance until one day you realize that there is plenty of time and that taking even an hour a day to study is relaxing, de-stressing and a gift for you.

Mi post va dirigido a todas aquellas personas que tal vez ven difícil iniciar, o sienten que es un tema muy complicado, o que tal vez el día a día les roba el tiempo, las rutinas diarias, los hijos, pero cuando nos proponemos algo lo podemos lograr, solo toca empezar, poner un horario una hora fija y así construimos el habito del estudio de las criptomonedas o el trading que en mi caso es el que me gusta.
