Consistency is the firm and persevering attitude to achieve the purposes that one has set. Staying firm in your will, without letting yourself be overcome by discouragement, having the ability to fight, makes a child or adult increase their tolerance for frustration and is prepared to overcome the obstacles they may encounter in the future.

Effort is the ability to act and put all the effort to achieve the goal, despite the difficulties that may arise. Knowing how to work is the best help to achieve personal goals and the greatest source of personal satisfaction. The effort makes to value more what has been achieved

We all in this life have a goal, we all want to achieve something, and as it is supposed to achieve it, we must go step by step, that is, one stage after another until we can reach it, but in order to achieve it we have to make an effort, we get stumbled but we must always go ahead, think that if we have made a mistake we must correct and do it better, and keep trying harder every day. To achieve success we must surpass ourselves and we do it with a lot of effort and perseverance.

The goals that are difficult to achieve are those that motivate and produce more happiness when they are reached, we must not be discouraged, we must always keep in mind that to achieve them we need more effort, perseverance and patience. With an authentic desire, with a good motivation and time to strive, everything is possible.

If you want to go far, go step by step and be consistent, have faith that you will achieve what you set out to do.

Nathalia my 6 year old daughter after many months of effort, perseverance and dedication in her gymnastics training she managed to go to competition, her main goal was to be able to participate and she did.

Do you fight to improve yourself every day?
