Hoy quería hablarles de un tema muy importante, el sobrepeso. Es un tema que hace 3 años ni hubiese podido tocar porque para mí era algo delicado, pero decidí que con mi experiencia podía aconsejar personas sobre esto que no es bueno para la salud tanto física cómo mental.

Today I wanted to talk to you about a very important topic, being overweight. It is a topic that 3 years ago I could not have touched because it was something delicate for me, but I decided that with my experience I could advise people on this that is not good for both physical and mental health.
