What's Vegan on budget !

I'm new to Hive.

My name is Sasha and I am a vegan.

Here I will share with you what my family and I eat every day, what I cook, what and where I buy products, how I organize my life. I will share my various tricks :)
Our budget is now a little limited, but this does not prevent us from eating tasty, full and varied. I use mainly local seasonal products, but sometimes I take something exotic, but all this is usually inexpensive. Likewise, I hope to show you that veganism is easy and for everyone.

I typically cook once a day, maximum 2, except for something simple, like oatmeal. I don't like to spend a lot of time cooking ;)

I do not adhere to the maximum healthy lifestyle yet, but nevertheless I try to make tasty food as less harmful as possible, and healthy food as tasty as possible ))

Friends and girlfriends, subscribe and ask any questions! But let's try to keep communication always on a friendly and positive note.
