Hi @doziekash. Tryptophan should be consumed through food. There are studies where some patients have been given tryptophan in supplement form (tablets, capsules) and have caused diarrhea, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, muscle weakness. That is why its consumption is through foods containing it. However, its effect when consumed naturally is pleasure, euphoria, and happiness. Thank you very much for visiting my publication. Now I understand that it is advisable to take Tryptophan through food and not as tablets.
