En esta oportunidad quiero mostrarles un poco de las bellezas naturales🍃🌿, paisajes🖼️ y reflexiones💭 que tuve en mi entrenamiento por la vía de Ocumare🚵‍♀🇻🇪, hasta la cima de la montaña⛰️ (la cumbre, portachuelo) y mi descenso hasta el Caracol🐌.

On this occasion I want to show you a little of the natural beauties🍃🌿, landscapes🖼️ and reflections💭 that I had in my training on the Ocumare🚵‍♀🇻🇪 route, to the top of the mountain⛰️ (the summit, portachuelo) and my descent to el Caracol🐌.

Este entrenamiento lo hice hace poco, el domingo 14📆 para ser exactos;

This training I did recently, on Sunday the 14th📆 to be exact;

Me levante temprano🌤️, ya que mi grupo de amigos ciclistas me cito por la mañana🚲, ellos tomaron una ruta más larga que yo.

I got up early🌤️, as my group of cycling friends met me in the morning🚲, they took a longer route than me.

ya que fueron a otra parte de la ciudad para luego llegar a la cumbre 🔝 de la montaña del Herry Pittier (vía de Ocumare)🍃;

as they went to another part of the city and then reached the summit 🔝 of the Herry Pittier mountain (via Ocumare)🍃;

Así que me toco a mi ir sola en esta oportunidad🎴, a mi realmente me gusta entrenar sola ya que voy a mi ritmo, me exijo más y estoy concentrada en mi y en mi bicicleta🚴‍♀.

So I have to go alone this time🎴, I really like to train alone since I go at my own pace, I demand more and I am focused on my and my bike🚴‍♀.

A los 40 minutos🕰️ de haber salido de mi casa llegue a Guamita;

40 minutes later🕰️ I have left my house I arrive in Guamita;

La primera parada del camino🚏, donde hay una toma de agua🚰, aproveche para descansar y respirar😮‍💨, así como también comer una banana para recuperar un poco de energía.

The first stop along the way🚏, where there is a water intake🚰, take the opportunity to rest and breathe😮 💨, as well as eat a banana to recover some energy.

Ya que no había desayunado (no me gusta desayunar mucho antes de salir en bici por la mañana);

Since I hadn't had breakfast (I don't like to have breakfast long before cycling in the morning);

No pasó mucho hasta que reanude mi camino, me encontré a varios ciclistas en la ruta y los salude amablemente 👋 luego de pasarlos.

It wasn't long until I resumed my journey, I met several cyclists on the route and greeted them kindly 👋 after passing them.

Para mí una de mis rutas favoritas es esta;

For me one of my favorite routes is this one;

Ya que es conocida para mí, queda relativamente cerca de mi casa🏠, esta llena de árboles 🌱 (no hay casi sol), es exigente en las subidas ⛰️⏫ y tiene tramos tranquilos también.

Since it is known to me, it is relatively close to my house🏠, it is full of 🌱 trees (there is almost no sun), it is demanding on the climbs ⛰️⏫ and has quiet sections as well.

hay mucha naturaleza, vistas hermosas y lugares para recargar agua, así como también un aura llena de paz;

there is a lot of nature, beautiful views and places to recharge water, as well as an aura full of peace;

y mientras más subes el entorno se vuelve más frío y el aire más puro🌬️🍃🌿, y sin mencionar la maravillosa bajada (es lo mejor de todo) me siento tan feliz cuando voy a este mágico lugar🚵‍♀.

and the more you go up the environment becomes colder and the air purer🌬️🍃🌿, and not to mention the wonderful descent (it's the best of all) I feel so happy when I go to this magical place🚵‍♀.

El ciclismo para mi significa mucho, es una de las cosas que más me trae alegría en el mundo 🌍 y me alegra haberlo encontrado en el momento ⏳ oportuno

Cycling means a lot to me, it's one of the things that brings me the most joy in the world 🌍 and I'm glad I found it at the ⏳ right time

Estás son algunas fotos📸 que me tome cuando llegue al mirador de Rancho Grande, se puede observar en las fotografías anteriores el lago de Valencia🚣‍♀ y la ciudad 🌇 entera desde estas alturas.

These are some photos📸 I take when I arrive at the viewpoint of Rancho Grande, you can see in the previous photographs the lake of Valencia🚣‍♀ and the entire city 🌇 from these heights.

Otra de las cosas que más me gusta de estas experiencias es poder sentirme viva🍃

Another thing I like most about these experiences is being able to feel alive🍃

Y que al llegar a mi casa pueda ver 👁‍🗨 con detenimiento las lindas fotos que tomé en un momento rápido.

And that when I get home I can see 👁 🗨 carefully the beautiful photos I took in a quick moment.

(las puedo apreciar, editar🖌️🎨 y compartir y eso realmente me hace feliz también);

📸⬆️Está fue otra de mis paradas por la vía, donde encontré algunos otros compañeros y me tomaron esta linda foto.

En cuestión de minutos llegue🕓🚴‍♀ a la cumbre de la vía de Ocumare llamada Portachuelo, un lugar hermoso donde existen dos descensos📉;

In a matter of minutes arrive🕓🚴‍♀ to the summit of the Via de Ocumare called Portachuelo, a beautiful place where there are two descents📉;

(el que conduce al pueblo🛤️ del Municipio Costa de Oro y el que conduce a la ciudad de Maracay🌇).

(the one that leads to the town🛤️ of the Costa de Oro Municipality and the one that leads to the city of Maracay🌇).

Ese día estaba bastante entusiasmada💪 ya que logre hacer un buen tiempo 🕓 hasta la cima y pase a muchos ciclistas en el camino;

That day I was quite excited💪 as I managed to make good time 🕓 to the top and pass many cyclists on the way;

Es que la verdad soy bastante competitiva🤭😂, eso me divierte mucho.

It's that the truth is that I'm quite competitive🤭😂, that amuses me a lot.

Con mi entusiasmo decidí bajar un poco más👌, hacia un lugar llamado el Caracol;

With my enthusiasm I decided to go down a little further👌, to a place called the Caracol;

Adore con mi corazón cada parte de este recorrido, ya que me regaló muchas de estas vistas 🖼️ maravillosas y únicas.

I loved with my heart every part of this tour as it gave me many of these wonderful and unique 🖼️ views.

Finalmente llegue hacia mi lugar destino;

I finally arrived at my destination;

"El caracol" llamado así por su forma, ya que es una curva ↩️ sumamente pronunciada que se asimila al caparazón de este animalito🐌, luego tocó un bello retorno hasta la ciudad (la gran bajada)⛰️.

"The snail" named for its shape, since it is an extremely pronounced ↩️ curve that is assimilated to the shell of this little animal🐌, then touched a beautiful return to the city (the great descent)⛰️.

Fue un excelente viaje y entrenamiento, que en total duro casi 3 horas pero valió absolutamente la pena porque me sentí conectada conmigo y con la naturaleza.

It was an excellent trip and training, which in total lasted almost 3 hours but it was absolutely worth it because I felt connected to myself and nature.

Espero que les haya gustado y hayan disfrutado de estas hermosas vistas, me complace llevarlos conmigo a mis recorridos para que ustedes también puedan vivir la experiencia, recuerden tomar agua hoy y apreciar lo que hoy sí pueden hacer.
