I am one of those people who reflects at all times, even when I am washing the dishes, although I cannot deny that the last days of December and the first days of January are special for reflecting on how our life has been during a whole year.

• Soy de esas personas que reflexiona en todo momento, aun cuando estoy lavando los platos, aunque no les puedo negar que los últimos días de Diciembre y los primeros días de Enero son especiales para reflexionar sobre cómo ha sido nuestra vida durante todo un año.

The past year has been a real learning experience for me. I've gotten to know myself better as a woman. The hormonal changes that come with perimenopause aren't easy to manage, but with good information, you can live life to the fullest.

My gray hairs are starting to show—white or gray highlights—but I don't plan on dyeing them. Years ago, I decided to stop using dyes. Besides, my hair has been falling out a lot, so I need to take care of it, and I want to see my brown hair naturally turn gray.

• El año que se acaba de ir ha sido para mí todo un aprendizaje, me he conocido más como mujer, bueno los cambios hormonales que vienen con la perimenopausia no son fáciles de llevar pero con buena información se puede vivir de la mejor manera.

• Las canas ya se empiezan a ver, son reflejos blancos o grises, pero no pienso teñirme el cabello, hace años decidí no usar más tintes, además mi cabello se ha estado cayendo mucho, tengo que cuidarlo y quiero ver cómo mi melena castaña se va tiñendo de gris natural.

Yes, it has been a year of physical changes, but I have also matured in many aspects, in my most cherished relationships, as a wife, as a daughter, as a sister, friend, trying to give the best of myself, because I want to, but of course, without losing my essence, or my personality, being authentic. Sometimes wanting to be good to everyone is very exhausting, and I am learning to love in the wisest way, without losing myself, without falling into manipulation.

• Si, ha sido un año de cambios físicos, pero también he madurado en muchos aspectos, en mis más queridas relaciones, como esposa, como hija, como hermana, amiga, tratando de dar lo mejor de mí, porque quiero hacerlo, pero eso sí, sin llegar a perder mi esencia, ni mi personalidad, siendo auténtica, a veces el querer estar bien con todos es muy agotador, y estoy aprendiendo a amar de la forma más sabía, sin perderme a mí misma, sin caer en manipulaciones.

God, my beloved Lord, has given me so much. Some of the trials of the past year were hard, but in all of them I saw God's powerful and loving hand, you know? He never fails, not even in the worst moments 🙏😌.

• Dios, mi amado Señor, me ha dado mucho, algunas pruebas del año que acaba de finalizar fueron duras, pero en todas ellas ví la mano poderosa y amorosa de Dios, ¿sabes? El nunca falla, ni en los peores momentos 🙏😌.

Every year life is a rollercoaster of ups and downs; we experience joys and sorrows, laughter and tears, victories and defeats. I truly have no idea what this new year will bring, but I am filled with faith, optimism, and hope. A discouraged heart can't achieve much, but a heart full of faith and hope can accomplish even the unimaginable.

Goals? There will always be goals, but first, I place everything in God's hands. I firmly believe that He is with me, opening and closing doors, so this year, 2026, I begin by placing my life in the hands of our Creator; He is my greatest security.

• Todos los años la vida es un sube y baja, vivimos alegrías, como tristezas, risas como lágrimas, victorias y derrotas, realmente no tengo idea como será este nuevo año, pero estoy llena de fe, optimismo y esperanza, un corazón desanimado no puede dar mucho, pero un corazón lleno de fe y esperanza puede lograr hasta lo inimaginable.

• ¿Metas? Siempre las habrá, pero antes pongo todo en manos de Dios, creo fielmente que él va conmigo abriendo y cerrando puertas, así que este año 2026 comienzo poniendo mi vida en las manos de nuestro Creador, él es mi principal seguridad.

You know what? I'm happy because I started the year with a mug of hot chocolate in my hand hahaha 🤭 If I had to talk about food, I think I've definitely started off on the right foot 👣 😁, I'll keep doing what I love, like eating chocolate, making new recipes, and continuing with my posts on Hive 💕

Estoy contenta porque comencé el año con una taza de chocolate caliente en mi mano jajaja 🤭 si les tenía que hablar de comida, creo que definitivamente he comenzado con buen pie 👣 😁, seguiré adelante haciendo lo que me gusta, como comer chocolate, hacer nuevas recetas y seguir con mis publicaciones en Hive 💕

I keep going, living one day at a time, in a hurry, but pausing, running when it's necessary, but also walking slowly and resting when my body demands it. Definitely, even though we see that the days go by very quickly, there will always be time for everything, yes, everything has its time.

• Sigo adelante, viviendo un día a la vez, con prisa, Pero poniendo pausa, correr cuando amerite hacerlo, pero también caminar lento y descansar cuando así mi cuerpo lo demande, definitivamente, aunque vemos que los días van muy rápido, siempre habrá tiempo para todo, si, todo tiene su tiempo.
