Thank you very much for your Witness votes and kind words about me, for sure it feels even more special being in the esteemed company of @blocktrades and @cervantes both of whom do so much to support the Hive blockchain - and more importantly it's community of users.

There is no instruction manual for being a Witness - if you manage to pass the trial of setting up a server that will produce blocks and support the blockchain then you are a Witness. But to gain a high position you have to show everyone you really are dedicated to Hive - being active - supporting users, organising events, competitions helping to grown engagement on the Blockchain. I do my best to be active and supportive, and I am very pleased you found me because of this. Every Witness vote counts for me, I currently have 999 voters - and that is 999 people who think I am worthy of having their staked Hive Power put toward my Witness Position.
