Si has llegado hasta aqui, gracias!

ENGLISH VERSION
Some neighbors of the community have a small group where they practice Taichi Chuan three times a week; at first it is not a martial art that calls my attention because from my point of view it is a very “passive” practice or at least that's what I thought before starting the practice.
As part of an initiative to improve the physical health of the neighbors; before the class, a nutritionist very dear to the community gave us a brief talk on how to maintain healthy eating habits.
She began by taking our measurements; calculating our body mass index and gave us recommendations on how to gain, maintain or lose our weight depending on our case.
At 7pm; our teacher arrived.
I confess that I was impressed to see who would be giving us the class; he is a man over 90 YEARS OLD!
But I still had in mind that our exercises would be quiet stretching and maybe a meditation exercise or two.
To my surprise; we did positions that although not very active, left me out of breath or sweating. :o
At the end of the practice; I was exhausted and the instructor, (Mr. Antonio) was still cool as a cucumber.
To finish, we shared a relaxing tea and the teacher told us a little of his experience confirming that he has more than 30 years of experience as an athlete and that he participated in workshops of this martial art inside and outside Venezuela.
Definitely, appearances can be deceiving.
