Today I want to show you how to make a beautiful kitchen towel pendant with a cute little apple. It is a decorative detail, easy to make with simple materials; it will be very useful in the kitchen.

El día de hoy quiero mostrarles como realizar un hermoso colgante de pañitos para cocina con linda manzanita. Es un detalle decorativo, fácil de realizar con sencillos materiales; sera de gran utilidad en la cocina.

Will need:

Necesitara:

• Pencil.
•Paperboard.
• Plastic ring.
•Red cloth.
• Scraps of green fabric (light and dark) white, black.
• Tape to square fabric 1 centimeter wide.
• 2 white sequins.
•Glue.
• Needle and threads.
•Scissor.

• Lápiz.
•Cartón.
•Aro plástico.
•Tela roja.
•Retazos de tela verde (claro y oscuro)blanco ,negro.
•Cinta a cuadro de tela de 1 centímetro de ancho.
•2 lentejuelas blancas.
•Pegamento.
•Aguja e hilos.
•Tijera.

I mark and cut out a 10-centimeter-diameter circle from the cardboard, then mark the outline of the circle on the red fabric and cut out. I also cut out a rectangle 5 centimeters wide and 7 centimeters long from the red fabric. On the light and dark green fabric, I cut two leaves and a rectangle 2 centimeters wide and 8 centimeters long.

Marco y recortó en el cartón un circulo de 10 centímetros de diámetro, luego marco el contorno del círculo en la tela roja y recortó. Además recorto en la tela roja un rectángulo de 5 centímetros de ancho y 7 centímetro de largo. En la tela verde clara y oscura corto dos hojas y un rectángulo de 2 centímetros de ancho y 8 centímetros de largo.

He continued attaching the end of the ribbon (made of plaid fabric) to the plastic ring and I am rolling until the ring is complete and lined. Then the red circle is sewn around the contour, the cardboard circle is passed through it; at the top end of the red cloth circle; I fix both ends of the green fabric rectangle. He continued folding and sewing the rectangle of red fabric on each side, passing the hoop through it and fixed to the lower end of the red circle that will shape the apple.

Continuó fijando la punta de la cinta ( de tela a cuadros) al aro plástico y voy enrollando hasta completar y forrar el aro. Luego se cose por el contorno el círculo rojo, paso a través de el el círculo de cartón; en el extremo superior del círculo de tela roja; fijo ambas puntas del rectángulo de tela verde. Continuó doblando y cosiendo a cada lado el rectángulo de tela roja paso el aro por el y fijo a el extremo inferior de círculo rojo que dará forma a la manzana.

Sew the leaves together by the edge and fix them at the upper end (green rectangle) on each side. Then I cut out 2 white circles of 4 centimeters in diameter and 2 black circles of 3 centimeters in diameter and fixed them to the apple to shape the eyes, I gave them a highlight to the eyes, with a white sequin in each of they. Finish off with a cute smile on the little apple with long stitches of black thread.

Coser las hojas por el borde y las fijo en el extremo superior ( rectángulo verde) a cada lado. Luego recorto 2 círculos blancos de 4 centímetros de diámetro y 2 círculos negros de 3 centímetros de diámetro y los fijo a la manzana para dar forma a los ojos, les di un toque de luz a los ojos, con una lentejuela blanca en cada uno de ellos. Finalice marcando una linda sonrisa a la manzanita con puntadas largas de hilo negro.
